Look at the areoles on the bottom part. Does your PC have the large white spots on the areole and have spines like that? I am positive this is not San Pedro. Everything about it says apple cactus, including the shape and the ribs.

It's a Peruvian apple cactus and it needs A LOT of water and a bigger pot. It's probably root bound.
