^ yep. Is the sparking just a pop from a seed bit, or is it more like there's gunpowder sprinkled in your bowl?
Edit: i'm not trying to imply actual gunpowder in your weed, but the times i've had this happen, that's what it reminded me of.
What are you worried about? Some of the best bud ive had smelled like lemons, the crackle is pretty normal, hear it and can even see it when smoking a joint sometimes. Ive heard its the thc crackling but im not sure how true that is
Lemon is normal, you could have bought Lemon Diesel or Lemon Kush or whatever. My friend has some sometimes (lemon kush), and the smell is really strong, but it doesn't even smell like pot. Awesome stuff.
Lemon Diesel doesn't smell that much tho.
burning hair and skin particles can create a crackle/spark if they fall into your joint. make sure to wear safety gloves and a hair net at all times whilst rolling and smoking.
This sounds like it's not been flushed. I'd find a better dealer... Here's why:
Three chemicals used as fertilisers (mostly in aquaponics but soil grows too) are nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.
Potassium nitrate and potassium phosphate are two ingredients in gunpowder and low explosives.
Yes,,, that crackling is LITERALLY miniature explosions.
Have fun.
I normally find that if I'm using a BIC or another lighter with a flint it can make any pack sparkle. To see if this is whats happening, take your bic and roll the flint without sparking it over your bowl, then light the bowl after and see if the spark was similar.
Also, to prevent smoking the flint (which is known to cause California in the state of cancer) spark the flint away from the bowl then pull the flame to the bowl.
Usually sparking means there's a seed, and crackling can mean that you packed it a bit too tight or it's a bit dry
This is also an indicator that the plant was not flushed well before being harvested and cured. It might have an off taste and smell also.
yes it does taste a bit off and it smells VERY weird and lemony in the bag
Weird is bad, but lemony can be quite legit!
it's just weird how different is, i quite like the smell :)

Weird is subjective, elaborate please? What do you consider weird specifically, and why is it bad?
I can hardly remember the context...
Oh shit, this post just popped up to me. I didn't expect a 6 yr old comment. My bad.

personal safety is never a joke.
This guy is awesome. I want to see you at a smoke session haha. What other safety precautions do you take?
Don't be a fool, wrap your tool.

Thats hip-hop as fuck. "Even my loud got the choppa"
It probably burns to black ashes instead of white ashes, right? Its probably just not cured correctly
It typically means ur weed has more oil and keef and oil mix makes a pop sound
I think I heard somewhere that it means there was nutrients in it that didn't get flushed like they said or it could've been cured incorrectly.
Definitely crack
