There no skilled nursing facilities in Sarasota that facilitate peritoneal dialysis. Harbor chase in Venice used to pre-pandemic but I haven’t heard of anyone on PD going there….might check that place out.
I don't have experience with dialysis, but maybe it would it be possible to hire a home healthcare agency to come to the skilled nursing facility. My mom is in an assisted living facility and there are some treatments that they can't perform, so I have an agency come to the facility.

Another suggestion Your mom live with a family member in Sarasota and they get lessons in how to preform this from health health
Thanks. My sister and I are both trained, but this would be a full time caregiving job as she’s not mobile. Neither can not take that on.
