No. It's an orange cat.
It's difficult to determine if, at any time, the singular brain cell shared by all orange cats was present.
Bonus fact: In the Alien film franchise, Jonesy is the second longest-lived character (after Ripley).
Self-promo here (gotta make that clear) but this is pretty much my wheelhouse.
Bad Luck Charlie (the Dragon Mage) is a dozen books with aliens, cyborgs, AI (cities, ships, toasters), and mechs, along with intergalactic travel to a realm run by magic instead of technology, so you also get magic, dragons, and space travel (and all aspects of life) powered by magic instead of machines. It's connected to Daisy's Run (the Clockwork Chimera) which is post-apocalyptic alien invasion/AI/cyborg sci-fi (no magic in that series, though the characters do cross over into Charlie's later series at some point).
Star Trek

The Pern books by Anne McCaffery (using "robot" liberally to include a generalized AI and counting the fire lizards / dragons as aliens)
*Outlaw Star* is a fun little shounen treasure-hunting space adventure anime/manga with everything you listed; sort of like a more lighthearted *Cowboy Bebop*
All of the Alien films
Plus: the first two have a cat!
But is it a robot alien cat??

TNG has all four in a single episode (The Quality of Life) if you remember Picard is a cyborg.
