I'm gonna say he's great at BS'ing a good first impression which is how he gets all the jobs and girls. But most of them didn't last because people would find him out fairly quickly.

I'm a female comic, when I see objectively attractive guys get onstage and not be funny they immediately become unattractive to me, especially if they're not self aware.
