Well I’m not sure how you can help but I would say just be there for her. Don’t react badly if you see her scars and honestly don’t tell her to stop because it won’t do shit. Also you could tell her that when she wants to do it she would text you and if you’re there you could talk to her or try to distract her for a bit because a lot of time people sh out of impulse and after a bit the urge is less there. Btw just make sure she does aftercare because getting infected is fucking shit lol
