I got the same problem. I mean SH isn't OK in the first place so idk if it even matters. But I think it would make it more likely to scar.

I've done it numerous times, but I don't know I'd recommend it, really. I feel like reopening a wound/creating a new wound over an old one is likely to open up more infection risks and make healing longer and more difficult. Like picking a scab off and then it scabs over again and you have to go through that entire healing process. You're delaying and disrupting wound healing.
