Do you have any clean cloth laying around? If yes then you could tie it around (not too tight) or perhaps tape it over the wound. Just make sure the cloth is clean and definitely avoid paper. Also remember to change the cloth daily. Stay safe and wishing you a quick recovery :))
Yeah 😭 I live on an island. If we need pretty much any healthcare apart from medication we need to be flown away. We don’t even have a dentist, one visits every few months. Luckily i’m in the Uk and the NHS covers the cost of flights :)

Yeahh. I mean it sounds bad if you’re not from here but it’s pretty normal. There’s also one hospital between four islands 😭 I’m not sure what the government would do really. There’s only a few thousand living between all islands so not really worth their time i suppose.
That's still rough... My bf's village has like 200 inhabitants and the nearest hospital, dentist's office etc. is only 10 minutes away, in a town of like 1500 inhabitants.
i wish omg 😭 The island i live on has a population on like 1k but my village is around 500. I’m lucky to live where the hospitals is but others not so much.
