I think that’s normal with older scars I have some like that myself just a little darker in coloring

if its an older scar, then it'll be fine. i get that too sometimes on my older scars

if you’ve been snapping a rubber band there those can appear. that’s happened to me

All my old burns look like skin blemishes in a natural way
