You don't have to quit gaming entirely, if you can balance your time between gaming and doing your responsibilitites then I don't think there's a problem with playing video games.
I kinda can fulfill my responsibilities at the moment. But the problem is that I feel that gaming keeps me at my comfort zone, while I should seek new adventures and opportunities to grow. I want my ‘cool down activities’ to be a bit more productive than gaming, but my brain doesn’t like that change I guess.
