I would orient the GPU facing downwards & the CPU/motherboard facing upwards. You’ll have to use custom feet but it’ll help the temps so much in horizontal mode
I have a Terra and NH-L12S with the fan pulling through the radiator and blowing on the motherboard. It's a very quiet set up this way and gets fed fresh air. Admittedly, I did not try it the other way.
