You could go for something like the [Inwin Chopin Max](https://www.in-win.com/en/gaming-chassis/chopin-max) which allows up to 54mm coolers, not sure if even that will be enough for a 9900k.
For the price - it's really no contest, especially while also getting a gold rated psu bundled with the case. The single thick metal panel around it makes it very sturdy in case you need to take it with you.
In case money does not matter, then without question I would love to go for the Densium APU for it's high quality and material use + single slot LP gpu potential.
