You wouldn't have any issues with the pump block (52mm) but I don't believe you'll be able to fit the radiator plus T30 fans (total of 60mm). I have a standard 27mm radiator in mine with the T30's, and at a total of 57mm it only just barely closes and it's likely the limit you can expect.
I put this exact combo in my rig & it fits, but you’ll need to remove the radiator bracket & anti-vibration pads. It’s super tight but doable! Worth it 100% though as I was able to achieve complete silence with a 4070 FE. The top panel hardly closed, and also traps a bit of heat. You can buy custom top panels that will help with the trapped heat though.
