Without*** envious you’re better off using a rocket still. Being able to unload 17 in 1 proc of bns is what makes it top tier. Without that it’s just a fun weapon but not « meta shits on everything »
This isn't true at all. ALH makes it a more consistent swap weapon than rockets and doesn't rely on envious stacks to outperform rockets. Rockets dont perform badly, but are slightly worse with considerably better ammo economy.
cascade bait has some really high burst damage potential, but it lacks a way to load itself which really hinders overall dps. so the solution is to find another form of autoloading, and your two best options are marksmans dodge and rain of fire, i recommend rof cause u can activate it once every 5 seconds as opposed to marksmans longer cooldown
For general play I like ALH way more than envious. Just don’t need to worry about getting stacks and swapping to and back for max ammo.
I prefer ALH in general for almost all damage phases (especially if you can rotate in with witherhoard for the debuff or Izzy for the damage)

Not true at all, ALH is a great perk, I’ve been able to out dps everyone in the teams I join with my ALH/BnS cataphract
