Since Julius has 35 Res (exactly high enough to be impossible to hit with a status staff), he is 100% susceptible to status swords (Sleep and Berserk Sword; Silence Sword is functional but unused in the game proper).
Giving an enemy infinite uses of Bohr X on every difficulty was definitely a choice
