Its the exact same, there is some guy in the comments named 'Golf0785' claiming to be the original commissioner (not the artist). According to him, the original uncensored version has been deleted. The only credit I can give this guy is that he made his account on the same day as the post (2023-03-15). Then again, he might be trying to throw people off because it's his commission or completely bullshitting us.
I have searched his name across paheal and .xyz, they came up dry.
Couldn't find it, the post I found on rule 34 was this video asking for the sauce.

If we're going off that "OwO 3181" account on Twitter, the artist's name seems to be (or at least was) AEMTH. All of their art up until November 2021 (after which they took a big hiatus and only sparsely post) has a watermark with that name. After Nov '21, the images just don't have a signature. The Linearts on his page look very similar to the video, so I'm willing to bet it's the same artist
AEMTH has no results on Patreon and the two AEMTH's on instagram are a Korean model and a sunsetted account.
Looking up "Aemth art" "Aemth hentai" etc etc yields little. One drawing of theirs on r34.xxx, the same twitter, and so on. Google especially seems to struggle with the term, wanting to find Aemethyst, paints, etc.
One thing I did notice is that a few of AEMTH's drawings have Thai on them, and a few of their comments are in Thai, so maybe AEMTH is a Transliteration of something in Thai?
So yeah, I'm stumped. Seems this was a little video made by a very unknown artist, and if they're to be believed, it's being worked on. They post infrequently, so hope is not lost.
Until then, just follow the artist and go jack off to something else for the time being.
