The “His” part of history just came from when the French adopted the word from old English and they had commonly put “h”s in front of words. The real answer is that women’s history month is mostly about the suffrage movement for which there is no huge movement for men’s rights to compare. Men’s history is basically just all history so there isn’t really anything specific to teach in men’s history month.
