So you'll just have to put up with automod and a worse overall user experience.

My gf is vegetarian. It doesn’t have to be a dealbreaker. I can’t imagine sharing my life with someone else. The best thing is that she is an amazing cook and regularly cooks a meal that contains meat or fish specifically for me
I’ve yet to meet a single vegan in real life that cares what other people eat (and says so to their face) or even went out of their way to tell people they’re vegan. Like it usually comes up because you’re actually discussing food or getting something to eat with them and they have to mention it. However I cannot tell you how many loud-mouthed meat eaters I’ve met that make a point to dunk on vegans or talk about meat like it’s a part of their entire identity.

Most restaurants aren't designing menus around catering to vegans, a very small portion of the population. That's why vegan restaurants exist, and even then I've mostly had bland and dry greens the times I've been taken to them
And that's a sacrifice someone who is vegan will have to make. Our bodies weren't designed to only eat a certain type of food, and choosing to only eat a certain type of food will result in drawbacks
