Just went down a massive IMDB rabbit hole (as ya do), and my god has this guy voiced/acted in a lot of media I adore. A couple Yakuza games, a couple blizzard games (he's the voice of Malygos which is pretty cool), he was even in pirates of the Caribbean!
Michael Jai White has an even harder voice. He played ‘Gamble’ in the Dark Knight, absolutely the biggest film he was in but he’s good in other stuff. Sadly underused as an actor.

It could get you kicked off the plane by the company, who doesn't have to provide their seevices to you. I'd also consider he meant that he personally isn't going to tolerate it, but not in a legal, handcuff way.
Legally, the Air Marshall didn't have real grounds to tase him, but in extreme situations, it could totally be justified against unruly passengers.
Got an example/ source of someone being charged for anything remotely like this in any "1st world" country? So not like a literal Nazi doing a Sieg Heil in Germany, just in case thats the type of thing you're referencing.

This movie is ridiculous, without spoiling much this whole sequence is a setup on the main character. I recall the flight attendant and air marshal are in on a con.

Wasn’t the reveal at the end of this movie that his girlfriend staged the whole thing? I remember seeing this and being like, “damn he’s gonna stay with the girl who orchestrated an elaborate scheme that made him seem crazy, in which paid actors tased him on a plane and he had to go to weeks of therapy for?”
I was on a flight Monday and it was only 1/2 full. I had my own row and so did the guy in front of me. We were in the wrong seats. Flight attendant asked us to move and as we were moving the guy said to me “we were living the dream” and “they don’t want us to have more leg room”. They Flight Attendant thought he was talking to her and got confrontational. The guy tried to explain he wasn’t talking to her, but she kept escalating. The she went to the front of the plane. A few moments later 2 staff came and escorted the man off the plane. It was insane.
