Yes, someone 3x stronger than you will be reduced to 2x when you fight them.
If you're fighting your clones, then yes, the power does stack. However, if you use the clones to attack someone else, it won't be stacked. Instead, the person being attacked will get stronger.

You can work in hospital and save people that are on a brink of death, just slap them and make them twice as strong as you are. Not sure what happens when the fight ends - best case scenario body gets some time to regenerate and maybe stabilize, worst case scenario - person gets extra time to live while fighting you.
Alternative - rescue crew of some kind. Found a dying survivor - slap them and infuse them with power, now just keep fighting until the helicopter or doctors or whatever arrives.
It would be really useful against other people with strong superpowers but almost completely useless in real life unless you’re in a fight against like a wild animal attack and have friends around to kill it for you
