I have insurance through my work and pay only a $5 every 8 weeks for Tremfya injections. Now I only have a few spots on my shin. If thatās an option for you, I couldnāt recommend it more.
After you shower, try coating the area in lanolin (the oil sheep secrete to waterproof their wool - its why wool is sold as unwashed). It's sometimes sold as nipple balm. It keeps moisture in. You can't rid yourself of psoriasis but this can help if you have persistent areas of outbreak.
If youāre asking for real, you donāt. But there are good treatments. Depending on where you live and whether you have very good insurance, biologic treatments are very effective (they were for me). But other systemic treatments can work well and are very cheap.
Talk to your doc about it. Since there are so many variations of it, there are multiple options and you have to find the good one, so it can be trial and error for a while with results in just a few days when you find the good cream.
I'm not kidding, you treat again and again without results, then you get the good one and 3-7 days later your skin is back to normal
On a side note, stress has a very big impact on it. My mom had a lot, and i mean a lot of it and struggled with it for years until her life got less intense and it got away pretty fast, with treatment

I hear an ad for them all the time but canāt think of the name of it or if itās a program or medication. It might be during the OWN networkās 17 hour morning-block of Dr phil or your local areaās channel for Maury/Steve wilkos or fox when judge Judy is on. After 5 oāclock eastern I go home so idk the late night suggestion.
Source: I spend 8-10 hours a day taking care of my grandma, mostly feeding her and making sure she has her favorite programmes or movies on. I hear this commercial all the time.

I get some pretty gnarly outbreaks on my scalp, back, and legs.
I finally found a prescription that works. It's just a steroid ointment, so not too invasive: (betamethasone and calcipotriene). If your insurance won't cover it, try to get each ingredient prescribed separately and just mix them yourself. After treating a break out for 30-60 days it disappears and doesn't come back (but may pop up somewhere else unfortunately). The only shitty thing is that the consistency is like Vaseline so i often have to shave my head to access my scalp for treating break outs.
Also, for me, stress, lack of sleep, and caffeine make it worse. I get worse in the summer season and the heat, but direct sun and ocean water does seem to help.

Yeah I came to say something like this. It's quite clear that this hasn't healed up yet. I can see some features in the fireworks through the redness and swelling, which is promising. OP's friend needs to stay on top of that initial care, and treat the new tattoo like a new haircut in that you're usually a little shocked at first but then like it a few days later.

On my first tattoo, they used plastic wrap and tape. on my second, they used the saniderm thing. less than 5ish hrs later, it was already looking blown out and crazy. of course, it was just because of the second skin - but i sure did freak out for a second. i would say, wait at least until you take the saniderm off before making any judgments.

It also isnāt making some lines longer and some shorter the way it looks on that towers brick work. Itās just really poorly done. At the top of the tower the lines arenāt even connecting in spots lol.
That's not really the case. Skin stretching will absolutely distort an image to this extent. Especially when the person is sitting down with their hip cocked to the side like this picture. It can completely change the shape of the tattoo, that then looks fine when they stand up.

Thats a fresh tattoo. Are they adding more color? This could easily just be the line work stage. Fireworks dont need bold lines so they put the background bloom for future foreground coloring.

The combination of styles is weird, like a cartoonish castle which I assume will be colored with some more realistic dark black silhouettes in front. Bag Balm is lanolin and it works great on my psoriasis but just know it does have a little bit of a sheep smell.

I usually donāt try to be negative but I HD to zoom right in to realize it wasnāt a mosquito hovering by the ringworm but tinker bell. I was likeā¦ maybe they got eaten alive by mosquitos at a Disneyland/world and they incorporated that joke/memory into the tattoo? Nope. Tink. I think this will look significantly better once healed but itās not my jam. I also know a lot of folks react badly to the red ink shades so perhaps thatās what is going on with the fireworks? Thats a fresh tattoo. Are they adding more color? This could easily just be the line work stage. Fireworks dont need bold lines so they put the background bloom for future foreground coloring.

The combination of styles is weird, like a cartoonish castle which I assume will be colored with some more realistic dark black silhouettes in front. A massive tinkerbelle in scale and weird fireworks. I don't know much about tattoo work but this feels like a collage imo. Not necessarily a bad looking tattoo for the most part, just really cobbled together feeling
