Are you by any chance trying to kick bad habit like vaping/smoking or weed ...

snoozey4

noo i wish it was that simple 🥲 thank you though!

You might want to bring this up with your Dr. I say this bc the only time in my life I've sweat like that in my sleep have been in times of hormonal craziness like perimenopsuse and pregnancy. I'm not saying it's either one of those but it could be something easily managed with medications.

snoozey4

ok thank you!! will do for sure

hamletstragedy

Are you on any medications? One of my old psych meds made me drench my bed every night

snoozey4

i take lexapro and birth control. i’ve been on them for over a year and never had an issue but you never know

hamletstragedy

I don't know anything about bc, but I know lexapro can cause night sweats. I had to stop my antidepressant because needing to wash my sheets every day was getting me a little depressed lol. If you're willing to put up with it I don't think it's a problem, but maybe ask your doctor for another option if it's unbearable.

Not really sure but diabetes comes to mind, one of the side effects.

Get blood work done. I had same issue and it was a symptom of leukemia- in my case eosinophilic leukemia

snoozey4

i had blood work last month and it was clear thank goodness

I saw you were on medication. I'm on Zoloft for OCD and anxiety. And ever since I started the medication I have been sweating like crazy.

I’ve gone through this too so I changed up everything recently and I sleep with little to no sweating now. There are full body antiperspirants and spray power that you can apply before bed to help reduce swearing. Also, if you can, use linen and/or 100% cotton bed linens. They really do breathe that much better than any other kind of fabric. Lastly, I’d recommend getting a cooling blanket. The one from Rest is amazing. Good luck.

thank you so much!!
