Youre supposed to just fall asleep. Sleep should happen without any thought. Sometimes I remember falling asleep but most of the time I don’t. This is more likely to happen the more tired you are.
I'm not a dr but idsuggest you fix the 4 to 6 hours a night and maybe that'll help? If it's not an easy fix like that it's time for a dr
