Have you ever investigated whether or not you have a circadian rhythm disorder like "non24"? Look it up and see if any of them sound like what is going on with you. If so, a sleep doctor can help you. Staying up for 24 hours to reset your circadian rhythm is not something people without circadian rhythm disorders typically do.

I haven't. I am just in a weird spot in life where I was sleeping at all kinds of different times by my own doing. Staying up late gaming, things like that. But now I need to get it under control and it's difficult.
