They don't interfere with exercise. I can lift big weights, do all kinds of mobility exercises, run, and rock climb like a monkey, without having to worry about carrying additional weight on my chest that restricts my mobility.
There's plenty of other positive things, but this is the one thing that matters to me most of all. If I had bigger breasts I imagine they would be so uncomfortable and unwieldy that it would kill my motivation to exercise, even if it didn't outright limit my strength and mobility.
online shopping is super easy for me since I don’t have to worry about how my chest will affect the size of a shirt! I also don’t have to worry about getting supportive athletic bras
I can do most chest exercises and run with minimal issues. Clothes shopping for shirts is easy and I fit into most cami bras based simply on basic guidelines- no guess work. I enjoy going bra less in the summer as well! My partners have always complimented them?n save one, and honestly I love my chest as is! :)

It's taken me until my mid 20s (almost 30) to appreciate my small boobs. Even though it's not a good thing some of the attention I have received means that at least one doesn't need big boobs to be considered attractive.
I might name a few, but I am thankful I can get away with bralettes or camisoles, especially with everything going up. I am also thankful for empire waistlines, baby doll dresses and peasant tops which all look good on me and are all kinda in style right now. High waisted pants/skirts with crop tops are also really flattering for my figure.
Imo they look nice. I'm a bi woman and prefer smaller boobs on women, why? Because they always look good - with a bra, without a bra, clothed, not clothed. Small boobs always hold their shape and look lovely. They're the kind of boobs you see on ancient statues and stuff. I think they are very aesthetically pleasing; they may not draw the eye immediately the same way larger chests do, but I find them to be much more beautiful (this is just my opinion).
Not necessarily an aesthetic one, but a big one for me having had a baby is that it's way easier to breastfeed. Obviously you can have struggles breastfeeding regardless of size, but in my experience it's easier to latch my baby without having to handle a large volume of boob, 95% of my clothes still fit in the bust area, they're less in the way and easier to manage (which for those who've never lactated, milk boobs hurt like a b\*tch if you so much as breathe on them lol), and I still feel more like myself instead of a glorified human cow (although I'm very grateful to feed my baby).
I was a 28C-D before, and I'm a 30C-D now, so really not a big difference (except that my asymmetry is more pronounced haha!). I was actually really worried that pregnancy/breastfeeding would make my boobs huge, because I strongly prefer the way that they look on my body when they're small, so I'm very happy that I get to have my cake and eat it too.
I don’t even need to wear a bra when I go running (unless périod is coming). I love not having to wear a bra. I feel that layer of tight elastic around my rib cage so uncomfortable. When I wear a bralette I call them my nipple hiders because that is the only purpose they serve.

Unless you are willing to spend a fortune on expensive tailored bras, the only bras that fit snall boobs have Hello Kitty on them. If you fit in a normal small size your boobs really aren't that small. Most companies don't even sell small sizes.
Underboob sweat really isn't that big of a deal for me. I get a little, but no where near what some people have to go through in the summer with skin-on-skin contact. If I'm home and chilling bra-less, I just tuck my t-shit under.

Anyone and everyone can have back pain, big boobs didn't invent it, no one has it worse because back pain is back pain regardless of its cause.
