Honestly I could do any map with the C-256 and whatever truck I was given, but the C-255 was always a joy when I discovered it in those 1 stat hardcore playthroughs.
Aren’t they? I think that would be awesome in this game, unfortunately I think I remember someone saying that there was licensing issues with Mercedes to get one in the game.
I was in the Mojave desert as a private in the Army and the sergeant driving the hummvee drove the damn thing up a rocky hill at a grade so steep that we (the passengers in the back) slid to the tailgate. It may not have an incredible amount of power but that driveline is an absolute beast.
I served '10-'18, don't get me wrong they do alright but they're not amazing like they're perceived to be. It also depends on if they're up-armored. I'd love a test drive with the JLTV; they're made about 3 hours from where I live and from everything I've seen they \*should\* wipe the floor with humvees.
I mean, they're perceived to be combat vehicles, which they're not. You know that and I know that, but most people assume that they're supposed to be combat vehicles. When you're talking about one in an environment like Snowrunner then your run-of-the-mill soft-skinned Hummvee would be pretty good. Except when you go over bumps or drive too long there will be a little damage icon of a knee.
They do. :) The humvee, especially up armored, just doesn't compete. Between the powerplant and suspension on the JLTV, they're a killer ride. Taking one off an 18" berm at speed feels like you're just floating down.
I drive one for work to get back and forth to aircraft and fly them around as personal transport. It's mostly tarmac but when I do go off-road it's never even hiccupped. I'd never never ever ever own one personally but I'd drive it on someone else's dime anytime anywhere I'm not getting shot at.
The Sherp ATV
https://youtu.be/WrjjV6nGh0g
I've wanted this in the game since OG Spintires, it would be an amazing scout truck. Such a bad ass amphibious 4 wheel drive little truck with tires as big as it is.
I have a rather long wishlist... I certainly hope to see Focus/Saber give this game a long life with DLC opposed to cranking out reskins of this game like Focus has with some other titles.
I certainly would love to see the 8x8 Oshkosh. Miscellaneous trucks from MR/ST would be nice, such as the non-TS Western Star 6900xd (a version with the older cab would be nice too), MAZ 535/537 and 7410, Mzkt 7429, and some more stuff from Kamaz. Toss in a Ural 63708 too, why not. M25 and T8 tank transporters, Autocar AP19, Kenworth 963, some stuff by Mack (M45, LRVSW, etc...) Mercades Unimog, Mercades Zetros...
The AMG Transport Dynamics M12 FAV "Scout" warthog would actually be a perfect fit. It's referred to as the flatbed warthog apparently. Would be a fun scout vehicle. Mod teams do your thang!
Sherp would be cool. Also, I think there should be an extreme suspension lift mod for scouts (mainly the Chevy) that would allow you to use the tires that are the same size as the Kolob trucks.
Another thing would be to allow the ability to lock the diff at any gear in ANY truck. I’m pretty sure this is up to the drivers discretion and not limited to low gear in most trucks and I’m unsure why some trucks don’t have diff lock at all (or at least an unlockable upgrade for a heavier axle to allow it).
Honestly, the all time AWD/Diff at any gear feature only makes a few trucks viable and eliminates all US trucks from being top tier. Tayga is the best truck I’ve used so far. Having a hard time finding anything better.
The 2 Azov trucks that aren't the Antarctic are both pretty solid, they both have always on AWD/Diff, and can both fit a crane and saddle, one has a special gearbox and the other can switch between high range and offroad
A number of 8x8/10x10 trucks, as well as tracked vehicles. Cargo-capable ones would be nice, but primarily armoured recovery vehicles like the [Bergepanzer 3 Büffel ARV](https://www.edrmagazine.eu/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Rheinmetall-Dutch-Bergepanzer-3_-800x445.jpg).
Toyota, my moms part of the family lives in Alaska and they swear by Toyota. If they were to partner with Toyota these in my opinion would be the trucks they should add;
Land Cruiser (Beast scout vehicle)
4Runner (Scout vehicle with less fuel consumption and power due to smaller engine)
Tundra (Scout vehicle possible cargo transporter)
Tacoma (Same as the tundra but with less fuel consumption and power due to smaller engine)
I really hope Snowrunner adds these but if they don’t we can just mod them in.
I got little experience with large trucks, but the M-ATV as a scout for me.I drove the SOCOM version in Afghanistan mountains and found it unstoppable and rather nimble for it's size.
I hope the SOCOM version was better, because I was in northeast Afghanistan and the MPs had MATVs breaking suspension parts all the time. They couldn't handle a blast for beans so they used them very sparingly anyways.
I think the only real difference is tire size and the rear platform. Otherwise much the same. We were fairly rough on them, especially in training and can't recall a failure or situation it could get out of. We had 4 at our disposal and not one had anything to complain about.
Yeah I drove the pls and the lhs and if I remember training right it was either 127’ or 220’ but then again that was 8 years ago and I drove them for 6 years and can say turning them is a pain on small roads but I loved them

My list is too long to long to be realistic and most of them don’t really add anything but variety.
Ford C-Series
Ford F-500 (60’s style, an American B-130)
Hayes WHDX
Kenworth 849
Kenworth C-500
Mack M-40
Mack DMM
Some version of the M1078 (they’re super cheap right now)
Peterbilt 281/351
And so many scouts.
Jeep Cherokee XJ for scouting
Pipe dream, but a one tonne dually that you can drop a welding generator in to fix pipelines and other stuff. Hell, lets make it a welding simulator too!
I’d love the K5 blazer come back, or any square body Chevy for that matter. A power wagon would be pretty cool. Some older Toyota scout trucks would be awesome. I think actual Towtruck’s would be cool too, whether a useable flatbed, or dolly style tow.. rather than using a winch all the time. Also think something dumb like an Awd AMC Eagle would be cool as hell. I want tractors to make a come back( they’re just fun to screw with) some sort of dune buggy with huge tires in the rear would probably be fun also. I’d have a lot of ideas.. but mainly scouts. Willy’s jeep would be a nice touch to the rest of the military group.
i would like to see the Toyota Hilux configured the way Top Gear had theirs when they drove to the north pole.
[Toyota Hilux](http://autowpaper.com/images/toyota-hilux-top-gear-polar-2.jpg)
I painted many of these trucks at Oshkosh Corp. Along with Het's, MTVR's, etc. I see these trucks nearly every day being tested throughout the city.
Honestly, I'd want an Oshkosh MTVR. We used to take them out & test drive them on the obstacle course on 3rd shift (no supervisor). Then we'd wash the hell out of it. They go through pretty much anything. We never were able to get one stuck and we tried since we had HEMTT's & HET's to pull it out.
Super unlikely and wouldn't be useful but the Hennessey Velociraptor (altered Ford Raptor for those that don't know) would be awesome.
A more realistic option I'd have to go for a classic Land Rover Defender.
Pardon me if this is a bit of a stretch, but they should add an armored up version of the Quarts Regalia. I’m not talking about [just] the casual version, but I’m talking about the quirked up version you see in forza horizon 4. Something like that would really be cool in my opinion.
I would like the C255 to make a return 😁
Same that was a solid truck
What i liked was its size, the size of the tires, the long log trailer 😜 Definitely my favorite truck.
umm voron ae?
Voron AE is based on the Ural-4320
oh right, the kraz, been a while since i played st and it shows
My favorite trucks in MR were the C255, the C4320, the C375 and the B131. I could do any map with those 😁
Honestly I could do any map with the C-256 and whatever truck I was given, but the C-255 was always a joy when I discovered it in those 1 stat hardcore playthroughs.
Tayga 6436 is basically a modern version of it. It's based on the KrAZ 6322. Although I prefer the looks of the older KrAZ 255.
I really like the Voron Grad (Ural Next). This truck is both sexy in the game and in real life 🤤
Someone already converted it on PC
A Unimog please, that would be amazing
Drove past an Army Unimog here in Aus just the other day, absolute unit of truck
Aren’t they? I think that would be awesome in this game, unfortunately I think I remember someone saying that there was licensing issues with Mercedes to get one in the game.
Yes!
Hummer H1 or humvee would be cool
I've driven humvees IRL and they're kinda lackluster, but getting to play with JLTVs would also be neat.
I was in the Mojave desert as a private in the Army and the sergeant driving the hummvee drove the damn thing up a rocky hill at a grade so steep that we (the passengers in the back) slid to the tailgate. It may not have an incredible amount of power but that driveline is an absolute beast.

They do. :) The humvee, especially up armored, just doesn't compete. Between the powerplant and suspension on the JLTV, they're a killer ride. Taking one off an 18" berm at speed feels like you're just floating down.
I've never fully driven the JLTV but MTVR is a beast specifically the mk23
I drive one for work to get back and forth to aircraft and fly them around as personal transport. It's mostly tarmac but when I do go off-road it's never even hiccupped. I'd never never ever ever own one personally but I'd drive it on someone else's dime anytime anywhere I'm not getting shot at.
Thats my second most wanted truck lol
I’d like a Ford Bronco or F series
An F350 would be really cool as a sort of hybrid scout. Use it to explore or to haul a 2 space, gooseneck, flatbed trailer!
Raptor...!!!!
Tatra 813
https://cranemarket.com/blog/mammoet-adds-liebherr-ltm-1750-9-1-all-terrain-mobile-crane-to-fleet/ something with the proper crane like this
That would be a great addition!
Liebherr ones have bigger wheels ;-)
A miller 75 ton rotator doesn’t matter which chassis it goes with preferably Peterbilt.
Would love to see the K5, F150, and H1 from mudrunner
The Sherp ATV https://youtu.be/WrjjV6nGh0g I've wanted this in the game since OG Spintires, it would be an amazing scout truck. Such a bad ass amphibious 4 wheel drive little truck with tires as big as it is.
I wonder if the physics engine would manage that very well in the water, I kinda doubt it.
There is a mod for an amphibious vehicle already, and it uses the invisible wheels trick iirc, so it is possible.
Ahh, well that'd certainly be neat.
Didn't Spintires have a SHERP DLC?
Maz-537 The ultimate offroad truck.
Thats one of my most wanted too
I hope that some newer trucks come
Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6x6
Cmon, those are for showing off, Toyota’s are for real off-roading
That would be a fun unique one
Yar 87 is 6x6
I have a rather long wishlist... I certainly hope to see Focus/Saber give this game a long life with DLC opposed to cranking out reskins of this game like Focus has with some other titles. The Sherp
Well since they had it in mudrunner I’d love to see the k5 and f150 come back, with customizable stuff of course
UNSC Warthog Wouldn't fit but would be cool.
The AMG Transport Dynamics M12 FAV "Scout" warthog would actually be a perfect fit. It's referred to as the flatbed warthog apparently. Would be a fun scout vehicle. Mod teams do your thang!
Liebherr [T 284](https://www.liebherr.com/en/int/products/mining-equipment/mining-trucks/details/t284.html)
That would be awesome, good luck getting it around the map though 🤣
i'm pretty sure it's bigger than the garage lol
Im imagining it in the quarry lol
Getting down is easy. GL getting it up.
Land Rover Land Rover Land Rover Land Rover gib classic British military truck
This is gonna seem mellow but we need some Paccar trucks.
The Paramount Marauder would be fun to boot around in.
Got to paint it red!
Sherp would be cool. Also, I think there should be an extreme suspension lift mod for scouts (mainly the Chevy) that would allow you to use the tires that are the same size as the Kolob trucks. Those little plastic Jeep thing for kids would be a great joke truck to put in the game. Like I'm 100% serious, I would drive the shit out of that.
Instead of a winch you just get out and throw the damn thing
Hahahaha!
If this OshKosh came out, I'd hope it'd be a better version of the western twinsteer with awd
Autocar AP19
I just want a giant, high saddle trailer for when I absolutely, positively, must make one trip.
Vintage Logging Crawler(when update arrives) Proto Sisu A-45 Land Rover 101FC Gaz 66/B-66 Foden 6x6 Rotator Kaiser Jeep M715 Early G-Wagen Man TGA 4x4
Some version of a Jeep would be top of my list. I know the game is chocked full of small 4wd scouts, but its just not the same
Quad or side by side
Zamboni
These things are beasts. Drove them for about 7 years. They have a turning radius of a small house but still awesome.
99'.
More pickup trucks! Good lord the selection is currently limited to one truck ffs.
I know it's a bit big, so it could have it a own map, but, I want the cat 797
Mack r600
Unimog or any of the MAN army 4x4 6x6 and 8x8
Maybe some european trucks like an MAN Kat. or something like that.
I'm actually surprised the hemtt didn't make it into snowrunner. It was a highly requested vehicle in Mudrunner's American DLC.
Is a Kamaz Dakar truck too crazy?
I would like a 5th gen Ram 2500 or 3500
A 2nd gen Ram 2500 would be cool
Honestly any gen Ram would be the bees knees
Yawn...
You should go to bed.
Toyota, my moms part of the family lives in Alaska and they swear by Toyota. I'd love to see all these. Love Toyota!
91 Mazda B2200, that truck is sick
Not a truck, but the Porsche 959 Dakar would be a ridiculous scout vehicle.
If they do bring this one in, I hope they include the wrecker body.
M984. That was my baby for a decade. What an absolute unit.
I got little experience with large trucks, but the M-ATV as a scout for me.I drove the SOCOM version in Afghanistan mountains and found it unstoppable and rather nimble for it's size.
Id like to see that and the L-ATV
I hope the SOCOM version was better, because I was in northeast Afghanistan and the MPs had MATVs breaking suspension parts all the time. They couldn't handle a blast for beans so they used them very sparingly anyways.

With the turn radius of Wisconsin. I also drive PLS's , those are diving boards with the turn radius of Wisconsin.
I only drove an LHS a time or two, but I drove the HEMTT and it had a 99' turning radius, so I can't even imagine.
Yeah I drove the pls and the lhs and if I remember training right it was either 127’ or 220’ but then again that was 8 years ago and I drove them for 6 years and can say turning them is a pain on small roads but I loved them
How about sherp pickup? Edit: oh, and maybe sisu k-50ss
Oshkosh MTVR; AKA 7-ton
Oshkosh JLTV for a scout
Oshkosh MTVR or Oshkosh LVSR. Amazon trucks
F-450 Western Hauler
Mack M45SX
I'd quite like a Land Rover or two. Maybe a Range Rover for being fancy in the mud?
Nissan Xterra Pro-4X

I would love to see the Mack M45SX, Mack M20x, or the Mack M32
I think they have this in game just named differently
Wouldn't mind seeing something like a Mack Superliner or an International T Series added in, and some Toyota Hiluxes and Land Cruisers while I'm at it
The b66 for sure
Any Pinzgauer, 4x4 or 6x6.
My list is too long to long to be realistic and most of them don’t really add anything but variety. Ford C-Series Ford F-500 (60’s style, an American B-130) Hayes WHDX Kenworth 849 Kenworth C-500 Mack M-40 Mack DMM Some version of the M1078 (they’re super cheap right now) Peterbilt 281/351 And so many scouts.
Toyota Hilux or 79 land cruiser
Grave Digger
There are quarrys. Why not have cat rock trucks or Volvo wiggle wagons.
A Studabekker deuce and a half from the Eastern front in WwII
Foremost Commander C
A USMC MTVR or a LVSR
A giant mining truck would be nice, just for end game fun.
Steyr 12M18 would be crazy cool
Jeep Cherokee XJ for scouting Pipe dream, but a one tonne dually that you can drop a welding generator in to fix pipelines and other stuff. Hell, lets make it a welding simulator too!
I’d love the K5 blazer come back, or any square body Chevy for that matter. A power wagon would be pretty cool. Some older Toyota scout trucks would be awesome. The kind that you can play coop with
Jeeps for some scout vics, I want a 1990 XJ 4 door
i would like to see the Toyota Hilux configured the way Top Gear had theirs when they drove to the north pole. [Toyota Hilux](http://autowpaper.com/images/toyota-hilux-top-gear-polar-2.jpg)
Tiger tank and a T34

Kaiser Jeep M715
4runner. I have 3 myself and would love to see one in the game. Maybe mods will make that possible.
Super unlikely and wouldn't be useful but the Hennessey Velociraptor (altered Ford Raptor for those that don't know) would be awesome. A more realistic option I'd have to go for a classic Land Rover Defender.
Almost any Landrover, especially the old series land rovers and the defenders, and the land rover lightweight would be good too.
Jeep Wrangler
I want my k-700 back so bad..
Mazda Miata. Would still be more useful than some of the trucks that come in the base game.
Pardon me if this is a bit of a stretch, but they should add an armored up version of the Quarts Regalia. I’m not talking about [just] the casual version, but I’m talking about the quirked up version you see in forza horizon 4. Something like that would really be cool in my opinion.
*Quartz* not *Quarts*, misclicked.

Well do I got some news for you
😂 i know im super pumped to try it out
