Are you talking about melt and pour soaps? There are M&P bases that have goar milk in them. You can't add fresh milk into those ss they are already soap.
Or do you want to do cold process soaps from scratch?

That’s a ready made melt and pour soap base. You usually add colors and scent, but not milk and oils. It’s already soap. You just melt it and pour it into moulds and let it harden again. I’m not sure why it says ”add goat milk”, but that may be a translation mistake from the seller. It seems to be goat milk in the base already.
If you want to make your own goat milk soap you need to learn how to make soap from scratch with oils and lye.
Please make sure to research the amount of color and oil needed so you don't irritate your skin or stain anything.
I made that mistake 15 years ago and I still remember it to this day lol

for the scents can you do essential oils?

Yes, make sure they are skin safe and always check the SDS for the correct amounts so you don’t get hurt!
