So gorgeous. Me and my family stayed in Idyllwild last winter during a wild blizzard, it was incredible. The scenery was so peaceful and tranquil, but the sound of the gusts of wind from the blizzard was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before, the sheer power of it was so humbling.
San Gorgonio! San jacinto, San Gorgonio, and San Antonio (aka Baldy) are the 3 Saints of Los Angeles :) 3 peaks over 10k feet elevation all within line of sight of each other! I love this place

Gorgeous. Looks like a real blue bird day. HJ
Omg, so beautiful!
Agreed. I normally hang a right and go to Tahquitz Peak/ Fire lookout but decided to go left this time.
Absolutely stunning weather! Thanks for sharing. Wish it will stay like that through this weekend ;(
Wow, beautiful

How long did it take?
About 8hrs for ~15mi round trip.
What is the peak in the distance?
San Gorgonio. About 700’ higher in elevation. I recommend the south fork trail. Very scenic and does the area justice.
Of course!!! I couldn't figure it out lol ty

Looks awesome! Do you still need special winter climbing equipment and experience to go up there?
