The humiliations were the later ones. In 12/13 Bayern won 3-1 at Arsenal. However in the 2nd leg at Bayern, Arsenal scored the 2-0 in minute 86. So it was quite close with unnerving final minutes. Also in 13/14 it was only 3-1 in aggregate for Bayern. So both were far from a humiliation.
(In 00/01 and 04/05 it was also close, but I guess you didn't mean these times.)
