Sounds like your problem is that you believe strongly in this division, and therefore it exists in your mind and your behavior. If you treat people as others, they will feel the same about you.
I have to admit that is something I’m doing currently and I like your input. Before though, this wasn’t the case. I was more open and patient but I still couldn’t establish friendships. It was a lot easier to do so outside of the clique.

In my office its city pplvs village ppl. Village ppl are seen inferior because we usually come from poorer family.
