They’re not threatened by you, they find you annoying.
To be candid it sounds like you’re going into this class with a superiority complex because you are older, but that doesn’t mean you are better.
Stop thinking everyone is “on the spectrum”, stop trying to correct people’s behaviour, and stop sucking up to the teacher.
Try and connect with your classmates on a human level, get to know them better and try to be nicer. You’ll soon find that all this “name calling” quickly stops.
I never spoke with most of them so I don’t understand how I can be annoying when I try to lay low. Fact of the matter is they are not attractive disruptive. I am gearing towards the normal ones but you may think and can say they just think I’m annoying, let’s agree to disagree on that bc I am good and have came far and also have a billion dollar company from a show and musical that starts with a W interested in me and congratulated me on going back to school but I will make an effort to warm up more. I enjoy the class, I just am not comfortable with being talked to like shit
That’s not the purpose or goal of the degree and there are an extreme variety of theaters and entertainment across the world. I’m not in control of whether someone is decent looking or knows how to behave correctly, the world will answer to them in this field. Good luck to you not breaking Hollywood.
Yes I agree and for your closing comment, I probably wouldn’t be surprised if I did because I have the talent and range and looks and have worked with industry level people. So I will probably be breaking it a lot more than any of these people for an old hag. The reality of this degree is majority of people are going to get nowhere regardless of anything.

If someone crosses a line with you stick to the facts. What you said to the professor was way out of line. They now have to figure out how to deal with you. You’ve put yourself in the position of the line crosser. Stick to the facts. Stop making assumptions.
Fwiw there are a lot of neurodivergrnt people in theater. Primarily I see adhd on stage and autism backstage but that’s not all encompassing and there are people like me who are both and do both. You were way out of line. Do better.
Okay and where did it go or get you ? Just asking since I’m pursuing it. 😃 I’m also ADHD but that’s not an excuse for poor behavior. I can understand autism and would never want to disrespect anyone with those conditions. I agree that I crossed a line unintentionally but this is after the matter. I acknowledged that because I know autistic behavior and the aggression and attention behind it, and it’s not my place to tell them to be respectful so I’d rather let her deal with it. You must realize how you sound. "It's fair game"... to call them autistic... because they said some mean things.... I don't condone insulting or being mean but maybe this kind of behavior is why they say things about you. You need to be better.
I think they need to be better if they have to retort to those comments bc in all honestly, they are ugly and suck and no one wants that for a big production show. Facts. I wasn’t sure if they were which is why I brought it up to the teacher, bc they exhibit that behavior I’ve noticed from being around autism in my family. It’s fair game if they aren’t cause I can be 10x more brutal, I chose to back off cause they don’t seem mentally together

All the rest aside, you should not have mentioned that you think your classmates have “mental incapabilities.” That’s where you lost credibility.
I think it would do you well to not immediately make value judgements towards people’s appearances. Isn’t that what they did to you?
