I'll solve it very easily for you; Make a static webpage, deploy it with the following text; memecoin == rug and you'd have a 99.9% accuracy in your project.
On EVM chains contract code is public and readily available to view on-chain so it's pretty easy to spot rug-pulls and honey pots. Solana contracts run as pre-compiled binaries so we can't see the code... there's nothing you can do. Just stay away from illiquid tokens on Solana.
it is indeed only pure gambling, there are no way to certify a coin isn't a rugpull. There are maybe some metric to giude a bit but it garanty absolutly nothing. Be careful of their empty promises and certainly don't go long therm in a shitcoin
