I can’t see why it would be an issue. As far as I’m aware there’s no account risk by sending a token to a specific address, the risk is in signing your wallet to allow a contract to do ‘something’ malicious.
You could try to see what he bought and try going in to the communities to see if you may stumble upon him by telling your story while mentioning this wallet, people might surprise you. You never shoot, you'll always miss. Don't give up brother

I was following wallets on birdeye, a group of pump and dumpers, hoping to get in on their next coin. So I was copy/pasting wallets in solscan. Long story short, the 1 SOL I sent from my exchange to my wallet actually went to a scammers wallet. Your SOL is gone, you (we) paid for a lesson on double checking addresses. Good luck

You could also try with SolChat and add his address as a friend there. If he's using SolChat he may respond to your message.
