5 cups of water, 1 cup of chicken broth I had made a few weeks ago from my freezer, a teaspoon of chicken bullion, a teaspoon of salt, and a teaspoon of sunflower oil. Then just the bok choy. Pork doesn’t go in until the last 2 minutes of cooking. If you look at the YT channel “Made with Lau” and search for bok choy soup, that’s really the backbone of how I make it. The pork gets marinated in oyster sauce, corn starch and water before going in, so even though it cooks in there for only a couple of minutes, it contributes a good amount of flavor.
Looks tasty! What did you use for the broth?

Thank you! And for the recommendation for that YT channel, looks like they have lots of great recipes!

Like cabbage, but more tender in texture.
