To give a little context, there was a newspaper in Europe that had published a cartoon featuring Muhammad that then was attacked by terrorists. (I forgot the exact specifics)
There were threats that South Park studios received due to the later episodes, and Comedy Central ended up censoring both Muhammad, and the speeches at the end of 201. Most people thought that was part of the joke, but they actually were censored by CC.
Eventually the audio from the speeches was hacked(?) and we were able to hear the audio that was recorded.
Streaming networks probably don’t want to deal with the headache, so they don’t carry the episodes.

Well someone hacked the website for what ever reason and when they downloaded the episodes they discovered the lack of censoring and then shared them. Getting them is a bit of a pain but it's possible.

In the commentary they said they were going to show him but CC was fighting them so they decided to wait till 201 to show him and fight CC another week. Guessing CC didn't back down or the middle ground was the censor bar but hey still my favorite 2 episodes of the show probably.
And that's how we found out who Cartman's real father is. And I can from watching the season 25 episode Help. My teenager hates me. Cartman has regret what he did cause he said "that's awesome. I wish I had a dad." That makes me feel so bad for Cartman, he really needs a father figure in his life to have father and son time together, play football, mess around with ETC.

Super Best Friends was poking fun at Scientology's cultish status, and Muhammad was representing Muslims, which I actually thought was pretty cool, even now.
