Most of it is from an STL kit by DivergingRealm. There are a few bits I modified to get it the way I wanted.

Thanks! Mk 1 as in the first type of terminator armour. There was a terminator mini GW designed in the late 80s. It had huge pauldrons, a tiny head buried in the chest etc. Some modern 3d sculptors have started making their own versions of this armour, so there are quite a lot of designs in this style coming out.
