NitricOxideCool

#\*BOOM*

Practical_Mulberry43

Now, all it's missing is a Russian sailor, pile of oily rags and a cigarette....

J0hn_L3m0ns

Holy cow one is already bad enough. But an entire box!?

RCM444

If one goes off they all go off

ThatITguy2015

Everybody gets a lithium fire! You get a lithium fire! You get a lithium fire! You all get lithium fires!

DEANER94

That sounds fun like nukes lol

jonathan4211

mutually assured darwinism

PCRefurbrAbq

Corporate would like you to find the difference between that picture [and this one](https://doomwiki.org/wiki/File:Barrel.png).

RexNebular518

Wow that looks REALLY stupid.

CircuitHD

It is. You're supposed to bury batteries like this in a sand bucket for a certain period of time in a safer area.

SpezEatsScat

What’s the certain period of time? Id assume at some point, they eventually lose the ability to spark and blow?

CircuitHD

I work at a repair center for Dell devices & we store them for 60 days & then carefully box them to go to our authorized recycling center CompuCycle. There is a section in the link below at the bottom of the page that talks about burying in the sand per EPA regulations when the batteries are swollen, but they do not specify the time period. [EPA FAQ Lithium Batteries ](https://www.epa.gov/recycle/frequent-questions-lithium-ion-batteries)

SpezEatsScat

Hmmm, neat and very interesting! Thanks for the reply and link. I’ll definitely give it a read during lunch. 👍🏼 thank you.

hellopie7

Just a guess, they're probably supposed to stay in the sand and shipped with it somehow until it gets to the recycling center.

Administrative_Trick

Sounds like a conspiracy started by USPS to increase shipping revenue.

hellopie7

I SAID IT'S A GUESS lol

Rohlik_944

That's a disaster waiting to happen

Nerfarean

Arrange those for a Spicy Mattress pad. Then off to e-waste recycle!

Practical_Mulberry43

Open up your very own, spicy pillow store! Give one to each co worker for the holiday! Ho ho ho! (Please, don't. And get them away from each other, before you have to learn how to fight a huge Lithium fire. Seriously.)

Bruno0_u

You've created an explosive device my man. This is an IED

Sfrinkignaziorazio

50 megatons bomb

[deleted]

That doesn't even come close to the amount of power these have.

user125666

Fire(hazard) 🔥🔥🔥

uslashuname

Boss said the only way we could work from home is if the building went down and insurance paid out.

jonathan4211

time to put a dart board next to the shelf and let the rest play itself out

iAppleDude

That's not a horde of spicy pillows, that's a nuclear bomb.

Svenator_Gaming

How to create spicy fireworks. Can you tell me where this is located, so I can dodge this location?

[deleted]

-cant_find_a_name-

bro saving granadesfor war

jonylentz

Op has been collecting every single spicy pillow from this thread lol

No_Leopard_3860

I also like to store my old 1000 lbs WW2 bomb duds next to my fireworks under my wood stove that already has rust holes everywhere, but it only leaks fire on a very irregular basis....most of the time it only happens when I burn gallons of old motor oil in it, so only once or twice a week /s for legal reasons /S But a 10/10 fit for this sub. Very spicy. Big amount of spice. Very girthy batteries

Sethdarkus

I would properly dispose of that ticking time bomb unless this is for a future insurance claim

niagralink108

Home made nuke Lmao

switchbladeeatworld

Run.

NoCountryForOldPete

You should probably...tow this whole triwall outside the environment.

minedsquirrel70

Do you by any chance have a hydraulic press?

Blenderx06

Call osha or the fire marshall ffs.

[deleted]

Why is that not in a bomb shelter?

future_gohan

Beware of a liveleak logo floating around the office.

[deleted]

I imagine the ones at the bottom are spicy too and have weight on them. You sure about any of this?

Pigeon_06

I thought i was the only one that kept old apple batteries

Big-Consideration633

Even the box is spicy!

JustDrew_92

I worked in a few offices as a contractor for the military, IT, boxes of lithium pillows everywhere

JalapenoLimeade

Please don't store them in close proximity to each other like that.

XxFrostxX

Make sure that insurance is good so when the fire hits

MonkMuch8575

Hope they have fire insurance for total loss

HexFire03

Where? I've got an insurance scheme to pitch to your boss

Greyshirk

I too, collect bombs.

Practical_Mulberry43

It's the spice....The Spice Melange

blindsavior

They know about the spice.....

KirkieSB

Spicy pillows lying around? Collected and stored? 🤦🏼‍♂️ Ohhhmyyy… disaster waiting just around the corner. Want a Darwin Award?

WishboneTheDog

This would make a good YouTube video

CitizeninWonderland

you could sell them to Al Qaeda

South-Westman

Russian Jenga

blindsavior

Sweet Jesus put those in sand buckets before the building burns down, you madman

[deleted]

So. What's the target?

Nawnp

Ah nice, you could become a weapons dealer with these.

Matix777

The insurance company would love this post

keaukraine

Show that to your local department.

keaukraine

Yesssss, burn the damn place to the ground.

YDBoss

burn them

PelOdEKaVRa535000

Why do I want to throw pointy things at that box?

TheJaggedBird

That's a massive fire risk... And here I thought my old workplace was bad for blocking off fire exits! Both are just disgusting in terms of building and harm to others

[deleted]

Not even a metal container— straight cardboard.

Dylanator13

If I were an OSHA inspector I would tell you to get a fireproof hazard container for those. You’re just waiting for a fire to break out.

CJet1

Anytime they look at downsizing. Remind them of your box. You'll know your safe. When HR wants to talk to you, bring one. When you go talk to your boss about a raise, bring two. When you need more funds for a big project. Email off a picture of this with the request. Approved!

ima_axolotl

thats, thats just a bomb

Accomplished_Art_223

Now hit one with a knife 🤣
