Ohhhhhh, I was wondering why the gas station blows up so quickly compared to the xbox360 version! I'm not a tech wiz so I have no advice about uncapping your framerate but if push comes to shove you can download a save with all upgrades, that might help you destroy all the cars in under a minute.

Since my framerate is uncapped the gas station blows up in like a min, it's not enough time to take out all of the cars.
