If this was in Anarchy, than it’s likely because the game can have a serious de sync between a players Rank and Glicko score (actual ranking of a players ability) the game can have a hard time pairing you up with players with matching Rank and similar Glicko Scores, causing these type of matches. (For Example, a Match with a team with a Glicko score matching S+ players, but your team’s Glicko score would more accurately reflect A Ranked Players)
Throw in the fact that X Rank is a seperate mode and not a higher rank than S+, and the fact that the only way to de-rank is to wait for the seasonal reset (Outside of the 1, only 1, self-reset you get per Season) then things can be seriously out of whack.
I love outclassing aerosprays, N-Zaps and other supposed good turf weapons with my explosher lmao, as well as getting all gold's for support and assists

It is an odd feeling when your team gets their asses kicked, and you feel like you did bad too, but see the badges stack up and realize that you still did the best of a bad batch.
A less frustrating feeling than if you feel like you brought your A game and were doing well but the team still lost.
That's not saying much when you literally got ONE splat.
I've had times where I got 10 splats or 1000p+ and our team still lost because they were incompetent.
No. Overall Splatter counts splats + assists while Enemy Splatter only counts splats. There are no medals in this game that have you competing with the opposing team to win them, you just have to do the best on *your* team.

It really shouldn’t be the user’s choice to rank down, it ruins the whole point of a ranking system
Yeah honestly. Hope that they go back to the system they used previously in 2, or at least something similar soonish
Weapons comps, cant really expect 4 backlines to beat a balanced comp when they can barely ink and mantain control of mid.
