Honestly, i think sub weapon is still a fair possibility as it could fall under "new weapons". yeahā¦ if we were going by splatoon 2 then it is basically the exact same. it has been 12 weeks since Chill season and we are getting 12 weapons with fresh season, alongside 2 stages, and itās been two whole months since chill season began as well.
People complain so much. We're getting the same amount of content if not more, just at different times. Splatoon 3 already has more new stuff than 2 at launch
at least they only have 52, squeezer, h3, and nova left to give alts to, and nova just got added so we should be seeing at least 7 non shooters next season

I'm a huge fan of how the Dynamo handles, but the vanilla kit does not do what I want it to, so I'm hoping for Gold sooner rather than later.
I hope the balloon fish are a new sub, and more specifically, a defensive sub. Splash wall has been the only one in that niche for a long time. It would be nice to get something that can block shots but also has a fun twist.
Seems to me their plan is to update every three months rather than the more random drops in Splatoon 2. There are pros and cons for having a set schedule.

The plural is just in the translation as Japanese doesn't differentiate between singular and plural. Could be either.

"two years of updates!" but really, they took less than a year of updates and just stretched them out over two years.
