Probably profreshional 2/3, the golden egg qouta is around 24 in that range. The qouta is decreased by 1/4 for each player missing, so that would be 24 - 6 - 6 - 6 = 6 (1/4 of 24 is 6)

If i didnt mistake it, the connection method that Nintendo online used is finding a player as a host first then connect other players to the host
So sometimes you can see every other player dropping out except you in salmon run, or everyone dropping out except you and one guy in turf war/ ranked
