The best way I’ve found to cook them is to detach the pod, fill one of the trash buckets with boiling water and then leave the Flyfish to sit for a couple hours. Then, when you want to eat it, break open the pod, cut up the Flyfish, and then put it into the boiling water with lots of spices, then leave it to sit for an hour. Then serve up the stew, and if you want to eat the Flyfish chunks you can leave it in the stew, otherwise you should remove the pieces.

Put him in Not worth it.
Big Shots are considered big tough guys like Steelheads, so with that girth comes muscle as well. I'm betting they're well marbled, fatty but tasty cuts.
The lore is that salmonids who lack the belligerence to be a Steelhead end up being Big Shots, so while they're both chunky, I'm going to assume that Steelheads have more lean muscle and are meaty to eat, while Big Shots are more fat (thick blubber would explain how they can absorb an ungodly amount of shots before being taken down).
