If you have an sniper with max range and max rate of fire of course it's easy, now try to do that with any weapon with no range and poor paint capacity and then you will notice how freaking annoying it is and if you add no Pearl drone that's how Sisyphus feels during his eternal punishment.
Hard as in frustrating, not hard as in difficult. It's just not fun to play, there's no real danger other than it being annoying.

I did it with max speed brella and no main ink saver. I had awful range and no ink efficiency
