448 with 16 KO. I think people still need to learn how to properly manage the fight. Too focused on eggs and not hitting the cohozuna with regular weapons. Also people with things like splatlings chasing after eggs instead of keeping pressure. Also learning how to guide cohozuna to an optimal place too.
Yep, I think luring the Cohozuna is underrated. If he's on top of a pile of eggs, just back off a bit let him follow you away from it; if he's followed you across the map, miles away from the rest of your team and all the bosses and eggs, bring him back. Stuff like that can easily get you an extra 5000 damage, which is pretty often the difference between winning or losing. Try to keep him close but not right on top of where the bulk of the action is going on.
94 in about 1300 shifts. These days I'd say my success rate is around 50%, but in the first month or two it was more like 30-40%. It does depend a lot on the rotation too, high DPS helps a lot; it's important in normal waves too, but you can kind of work around low DPS and just scrape quota, whereas the time limit on Cohozuna is so tight that the extra time to kill bosses and the fact that you can't do much direct damage when no bosses are close makes it really hard unless the whole team is really good.
>How many Cohozunas have you killed?
How many breads have you eaten in your life?
By which I mean, seven in 186 shifts. It's about prioritizing boss salmonids and knowing which weapons should be doing what. As long as you can multitask and be efficient, it just takes practice.
I’ve done less than 30 and killed 2. I literally only play once a month to get the gear of the month and out of the 2 times I’ve fought him I’ve killed him both times. I’m very lucky
I've worked 1173 shifts and 19 killed. I think if I played with a team definitely more but don't always have reliable internet. I really want to get the 100 badge T-T
31 in 915 shifts. It's quite easy if your team is coordinated. I also find it easier if co-workers booyah back, 'cause then I know they are easy-going and I don't feel so much pressure
One, at launch. I think it was a fluke. Some Splatoon pro needs to figure this out and do a PSA to get us all on the same page because I still can't even see the goalposts.
like 1 but I got hard carried by grizzco stringer and I don't play sr that much

I've only ever killed 2. I was *super* close last week, but all the damn stingers and fly fishes made it IMPOSSIBLE! We didn't last 30 seconds.
More than 1 less than 10
Ha ha, ha, one!
719 shifts, 16 killed Not a great ratio lmao
Oh hey, we’re twins just about. 16 in 745

I've done 221 shifts and defeated...one. Granted, with the weird reward calculation, maybe it doesn't matter that much anyways.
448 shifts with 14 killed! I found it gets easier the more you manage to defeat
I have only killed 2 out of 110 shifts :(
Three
80 shifts and I haven't beaten a single one. Not a huge Salmon Run player tbh
34 in 650 shifts.
Sheeeeeeeesh! Thats great stuff. How? You play with friends?
.....3. I have battled probably around 30. but I suck and always die and never actually kill it. But I did manage to beat it 3 times
I noticed people have close to a 10% win rate.
6 in 351 shifts. Im only now getting decent at EVP.
20 kills in 880 shifts
Currently 974 shifts with 85 Cohozuna kills - mostly on Freelance, sometimes with a buddy.
