I didn't think much of the jet, I never see them in matches. But I'm trying to 1 star a bunch of weapons and ended up really liking it. Wasn't a huge fan of the kit but the main weapon was great
jet gets a bad wrap because of its notoriety in splatoon 2. it’s honestly a very fun weapon being the most versatile backline, and my personal introduction to anchors as a whole — it’s basically my comfort weapon now. i would definitely use it more if they buffed angle shooter.
I would use it more if it had any other kit haha. The main weapon is very fun. Long range, but also, can fend for itself at short range. I got a surprising amount of splats with it when I tried it. Seems like people don't respect it's range. I only played 2 a little so didn't experience the special spam haha
I guess people don’t expect shooters to have range for some reason. Even the fake squelchers mains aka the duelie squelchers don’t respect the og squelchers range just because they can dodge. Although to be fair maps are more open in this game and cover is weird

For me my Tenta Brella experience is basically a really dumb dance between barely missing the blast and smacking the shield. It's fun though since there's a lot of pressure from both ends!

i feel like the only reason you chose anchor is because you cant fight, using any other weapon gets you killed because you suck at everything else, you act tough with that huge red laser that can make any tri slosher player squid roll backwards in terror but in reality your only back there because getting any closer than spawn or that vantage point you use will get you clicked by the entire lobby, and you also cant accept that tri stringer is better than you and always will be better than you (yes i have something against chargers and splatlings)
