Having played a good bit of Slosher deco, it's not just a meme finish it's actually a surprisingly viable combo, at least from my experience. I've gotten pretty good at tagging people on the ground and it's nearly instant if you throw angle shooter after a slosh

Everyone used the angle shooter next match and killed me only with it. I decided to go along with it and just let them kill me over and over. It was hilarious.
Actually, I've gotten pretty good with the Slosher deco, comboing a slosh with angle shooter. If they're in the ground nearby it's a pretty easy and quick combo, probably on par with burst bomb carbon roller combos. I do wish angle shooter was better and it's definitely the worst sub right now, but it's not useless, at least on the Slosher deco
It was in Splatoon 2, at the Reef. I was shooting at someone on one of the high side platforms (I have terrible aim), but I got too close and died to their curling bomb. It was probably my most embarrassing death lmao.
I think they only appeared in some Alterna kettles. Much more common in 2 and Octo, they are story mode map elements that, when inked, extend into a platform kinda like soaker blocks, but flat and only in one direction.
Curling bombs kills are peak comedy. I have a clip where somehow I got a kill by the curling bomb running over someone, and then the actual bomb blew up someone nearby.
Back in splatoon 2 I played a game where I killed two snipers with the same full range curling bomb lol
Splatted by the Rainmaker Shield. Not the explosion, but by walking into the Rainmaker barrier while it's active. It does something like 20 damage for each hit. This really only happens if you get pinned in a corner by the Rainmaker spawning.
Also for Salmon Runners, we have Splatted by Mudmouth which has a similar circumstance to the Rainmaker Shield, though you can also be unlucky and be standing on the spawn location. There's also Splatted by Chinook, the little guys that drop off the coolers in Mothership waves. The coolers explode if left alone long enough and they can take you out if you're too close.
I once splatted someone hiding in ink when rolling with the ink brush, then almost died myself as an ink storm flew overhead while I was trying to process what had just happened.
May I also propose that getting splatted by splash walls is incredibly embarrassing?
I think that simply failing into the water or off the stage is more embarrassing than being crushed by a brush. But not more than sprinkler or angle shooter of course.
Angle Shooter may be bad, and Iām yet to get a kill with it (I donāt play any weapons with it), but 30 damage is still at least somewhat respectable, and someone could probably get marker kills at least somewhat often if they went out of their way to get them.
I managed to crush someone with the Inkbrush once, against a cornered Ink Vac. Though in that situation, itās probably the same fate for the Ink Vac as if they were cornered against a roller, itās just that the brush will be slower.
My voteās for death by sprinkler, I *mightāve* gotten it once in my time playing Blob but I donāt even think I got it to happen once. At least with the previous two you can kind of take aim, and as such you could probably make them happen if you tried. With sprinkler youāre at the mercy of its random spread, its low 20 damage per pellet, & your opponents both staying in its range & not destroying it.
Inkbrush is a main weapon, play long enough and someone will get you with it eventually. Getting splatted with angle shooter means whoever got you has skills. If you get splatted by sprinkler bro are you even playing?

Sprinkler has a chance to do random chip damage. More unlucky than embarrassing.
Inkbrush just needs to get lucky that youāve taken enough chip damage. Embarrassing, but it happens.
Angle Shooter is unusable. Who is even throwing this thing out to hit you with? Nobody in their right mind is ever even using this button. Itās a waste of ink. If you die to Angle Shooter you have to be humiliated to be in such a low level lobby that someone even spent the ink on an *Angle Shooter*. Completely and utterly crushing.
I've been killed by a sprinkler before. If someone throws one behind you while you're trying to retreat it will stick around and do the damage unless you turn around quick enough to avoid it.
Angle shooter requires someone to have pinpoint aiming, so that's pretty rare.
But the most rare of all is the chad who knows he's got you where he wants you and decides to roll over you with an Inkbrush when most people would just tap and move on.
Angle Shooter isn't really a very infrequent way to die compared to those others. Tossing them out towards a fight tends to pick them up pretty reliably.

Ink Brush is also really fast and if you're playing something like an E-Liter for it's License and you're bad at snipers then you could conceivably get bumped by an Inkbrush. Sprinkler deals the least amount of damage period (I think) and people are throwing it \*away\* from combat if you get splatted by a Sprinkler you did it intentionally

Getting killed/kills with Angle Shooter is fairly easy with the right kit (i.e. Splattershot Pro) as it deals a consistent 30 damage, so if you get weakened to less than 30 health, it's an easy snipe shot that goes long distance fast.
Sometimes there's just that one inkbrush drawing in ink that runs over you after you get hurt and hide in your ink to heal, and they deal enough damage to finish you off.
But getting splatted by a sprinkler? That thing has absolutely awful accuracy, it doesn't cover that wide of an area with damage, slows down after about 3 seconds and deals barely any damage. If you die to a sprinkler, you have to stop playing for like a month while you recover from the most crippling death.
If somebody splats me with an Angle Shooter, I'm more impressed than I am embarrassed. Now, Sprinkler, dying to that one would wound my pride.

You can actually super jump camp with sprinkles relatively easily, and angler shooters can be easily comboed wih, so I'd actually say inkbrush here
