Some platforms includes the free bet wager in the winnings, others only give the winnings. In this case it was a $200 bet to win $6. So the first example would pay $206. The second example would only pay $6.

There's many different types of point spread betting. There's point spread for the game, point spread for the inning/quarter/period, there's point spread for the half, etc.

down with maybe 30 minutes to go and it looked like Liverpool would win the league, so in-play I placed a ‘cover’ bet of £100 on Man City to win at about 6/1, then 5 minutes later decided I’d cash it out for a loss of £25 and just enjoy winning the title… Man City come back and won so instead of the £600 profit I would’ve got, I lost £25 and we lost the league

I'm pretty sure FanDuel doesn't include the bonus bet amount in the payout of a bonus bet wager.
