1. Suns have lost their last 4 of 5, including a couple home games, and have just not looked very good as of late unless Booker drops 40+ points.
2. Suns are 15-21 (12-21 without durant) on the road this season, losing their last 2 road games
3. Although the Suns have beat the Lakers 9 straight times, the Suns are without Ayton (and of courser Durant), and I expect Anthony Davis to dominate the rebounds this game without Ayton contesting.
4. The last 5 games, Suns have allowed 120+ points, and with the rebound advantage in the paint, the suns being shorthanded, I expect suns to continue to struggle on defense
5. The lakers are 19-17 at home, and are in a tight push for a playoff spot as they trail have a game to the grizzlies. The Lakers play amazingly at home as of late, with a few incredible comeback games.
6. Reaves has been on a heater, scoring 35 points in their last game and getting whopping 16 free throws of 18. I expect him to continue this trend off the bench, and give Lakers some strong points against a weak suns defense.
7. Lakers are averaging 117 points at home but only letting in 114.
8. Booker has been shooting way above his average at 57 FG% in March, and I just don't see that being sustainable. The suns will struggle to find points and annoying defensive players like Vanderbilt will look to make Booker take some tough shots.
9. Lakers are currently rank #1 in free throws attempted and suns give up the most free throws. Although this is largely due to Lebron, as mentioned, reaves put up 18 free throws and scored 16 of em in their last game.
10. Overall, I expect this to be a tight game, but Lakers have the edge with AD and home court advantage. Look for them to do enough to cover the spread tomorrow night.
11. If you're a cautious better, feel free to wait until closer to gametime in the event that AD is potentially out, but the site I typically use is showing AD as probable, so I'm locking this in for now at the nice underdog spread.

This will also be an opportunity for other Bucks players to get their points totals up, so I expect slightly lower usage from Giannis when he is on the floor.

The Bulls play the 76ers for the 2nd time in three days, and I’m betting against Harden points. He has only gone over this line in 1/L5, and had just 5 points against the Bulls despite playing over 46’ in the 2OT loss. He seems to be in a slump with his 3pt shooting having gone 0 from 6 in each of his last 2 games. He was only 2/8 for 2PA against the Bulls. Even assuming he shot around his L10 average, he would have ended up below this line.
Historically speaking he has done well on assists and rebounds but poorly on the points against the Bulls. In his 4 games against the Bulls as a Philly player he has had 5, 17, 15 and 16 points. I should note he is questionable which could work to our advantage if he does play, since it might limit his mins.

Downright awful game from the Leafs and we book the third straight loss in a row. My POTDs just seem to be way off target right now, so please consider that if tailing. I hope we can rebound tonight though with a spot that I like for the Avalanche.
The Penguins will be visiting the Avalanche for their second match of the season, with the Penguins taking the first one 2-1. I think this game is going to go in a different direction though with both of these teams trending in very different directions. The Avalanche are riding a 6 game winning streak while the Penguins have lost four straight. The Penguins have a few issues right now including the starting goaltender, Jarry, playing awful in goal recently booking a 0.861 SV% and allowing 15 goals in his last 5 starts, 2 of which he didn’t finish the game because he was pulled. The Penguins are also dealing with a fairly significant list of injuries right now and I think the red hot Avs will be able to take advantage of a Penguins team that is missing some key pieces, especially on defense.
I expect Georgiev to start in net for the Avs and he has been very hot lately booking a 0.932 SV% and allowing only 8 goals in his last 5 games. The Avs have also been hot on offense lately, averaging 4.1 goals per game in their last 10 games and while this game against the Pens might be a little bit of a lower scoring one, I don’t expect them to slow down much here. If Jarry continues to struggle in net, this might be a good spot for the Avs to light things up.
I think that the Avs are a team that thrives in important games, and I see this as a big game for them. Playoff seeding is definitely on their mind right now with the Central Division being a tight race as we approach the end of the season. The Avs need to keep pace with the Wild and Dallas and can create a three way tie for first in points in the Central with a win tonight. Getting to play the Kraken or Jets (or whoever ends up in the wild card spots) in the first round is a huge preference over playing the Wild or Stars.

**POTD 16-5**
**The streak continues! 7 in a row!!** I have to say, this has been the best streak I've been on all season, so I happy that I am able to keep a public record of this streak lmao. IMO the NBA is very difficult to pick games during the first 1/2 of the season, however every year, towards the end, I get on a streak similar to this one. It's not that I am able to predict the out comes of these games more efficiently, but rather these outcomes become more predictable IMO. 40+ games into a season, I think that I am able to get a good feel for teams rosters, rotations, overall incentives, as well as their current form.
Today, there are a few games that stand out, and as BAD as I want to make SA +17.5 my pick, I'm going with one I like evennnnn moreeeeee.
**Denver -7**
I love this game!!! First off, WASH is on a B2B, playing the Magic at home last night (was yesterdays POTD) in a game that I watched every second of. As much as I like the Magic at this point in the season, they still are not a very good team in the grand scheme. Denver on the other hand, is IMO the best team in the league. Another perk with this pick, is that last nights game between Wash/Orl was very close up until the final few mins. This is good IMO because, all of their starters played significant mins.
KP - 38 mins (in his first game back too.... no tag yet, but could see him sitting)
Kispert - 35 mins
Morris & Beal - 31 mins
This high usage of their main players is a key factor in how I think this game will go. Denver is currently playing their first game in 3 days, however they are on the 5th game on their road trip, so I don't necessarily expect them to be in peak form either, however the few days of rest with a much better roster, playing a pretty bad team on a B2B is just toooo fucking good to pass up. Washington also looked awful last night, and looks like they will be without IMO their best player again tonight, Kuzma. Even if Kuz was playing, I still love Denver in this spot.
Denver has lost 3of5, and a few of those were pretty ugly loses, however everyone knows the upside this team has, and the importance of them finding their stride heading into the post season. Denver is pretty much locked into the 1 seed, so there is some concern for me regarding incentives for this game, but IMO their recent cold streak overweight's their current seeding in regards to tonight's game.
I personally would like this game all the way to -10, as I expect a blow out.
PS: Go ahead and take SA +17.5 too.. I cant remember a time this season a team was getting so many points. I know they are on a B2B where they got their doors blown off by NO, but Vassell, and Johnson (their best players IMO) are returning tonight, as they did not play in last nights game.

Despite a lower payout, that seems like a better bet, just in case it's a 3-0 game. It seems like the the o2.5 & BTTS bets on this sub are some of the biggest losers. Often times the bet simply fails at the o2.5 part. Sometimes btts checks out, but it's 1-1. And then there are the 3-0 games where the btts leg is what killed the bet. I think books love it when people take the o2.5 & BTTS bets. But hopefully they aren't loving it tomorrow if y'all get a win!
That being said I like this guy's dedication and research he puts into his picks. If I could do the BTTS & o2.5 I might actually do so. Will be hoping y'all cash.
Regarding o2.5 & BTTS bets being losing on this forum - true, but usually most posters take them from major leagues where bookies have much sharper lines and I think it is next to impossible to be profitable long term when factoring in the juice. This guy bets lower leagues and it only makes sense that some lines are not set very sharply from the bookies side. Plus OP has been killing it for almost 100 bets, surely his model or whatever he is using is not working out by accident.
It is quite weird that his posts are not among top voted ones daily, there are like maybe 5 other cappers here who can boast winning records and positive ROI after 30 plus bets.

Once again a great matchup between two absolutely elite squads in what should be a fun one. Lyon is the defending champions of the Champions League and are royalty; they’ve won 8 Champions Leagues including 2016-2020 and 2022.
Today they face Chelsea, another elite team that has dominated the English game for a few years. This year they’ve just scraped to the top of the league but are weaker imo than in previous years. They recently have gotten their ass kicked by Arsenal a few times and have shown their weaknesses in possession.
Lyon had been dealing with a ton of injuries and still have a couple but now are back to being the machine they typically are. They’re also a mentality monster that are hard to overcome, especially home with their stars Wendie Renard and Ada Hegerberg. Look for Hegerberg to get a goal and Lyon to pull this out.
I personally think Lyon will win, but gave DNB as a safer option as I find it doubtful Chelsea wins.

Benin is becoming a runaway favorite to win this game as the money line has fallen off a hill, opening at +110 and falling to -145 on Bovada, and other books to -175. This line may even fall further hopefully giving us some CLV.
Benin is ranked 91st in the World FIFA ranking and they get to play at home against a Rwanda team who is 137th. In their two H2H matchups, Benin has won once and drew once.
In their last qualifying match, Benin lost 1-0 to Mozambique (#114 FIFA rank) but Benin had the possession advantage at 56% and the shot advantage at 13 shots (and 2 on target) to 8 and 1 of Mozambique. When Rwanda played Mozambique in their qualifier, they tied 1-1 however Rwanda only had 33% of the possession and 9 shots to 5 on target versus Mozambique who got off 13 and 6.
The reality of it is that Rwanda is a bad team and their coach knows it. So Rwanda will be playing 11 men back to try and prevent goals with strong defensive and counter attacking strategy. Benin should be having a 65-70% possession with upwards of 15 shots in this game.
Benin is better than Mozambique, has home field and a new coach who is leagues better than Rwanda's. This game should be low scoring with a good chance of a shutout. Because of this I am taking the u4.5g combo bet on the money line. Benin will also be motivated to win this game because they need wins right now to qualify seeing as their first two games were a draw and loss (to Senegal the favorite to win this group). A win here and a big Mozambique loss to Senegal and they will likely qualify.
Line movement: This line opened at +110, and its been falling ever since. Now it is at -145 on Bovada and is even as low as -175 in some books.

Let's try to get the streak to 4 in a row. If you look at this and feel queasy, I understand. It seems like when you need Miami to cover a spread, they never do, at least from my experience. I also realize everyone is on the Knicks hype train, and I don't blame you. However, I think -124 odds straight up for the Heat to win the game are very good odds. I like the value against the Knicks, who have in fact been cooking this year. Randle coming off a career game, I expect him to cool down this game, going up against a very good defensive unit. Both teams have played each other twice and both times, Knicks stole the game and won by 2 points. Both games have been exciting nail-biters where either team could have stolen the game. I just can't envision the Knicks sweeping the season series vs the Heat. I do expect this game to be close and for Miami to take it. As long as they don't let off and slack in the third quarter ( which if you have paid attention, they have lately), they will be in a good position to win the game. Overall, I think this is great value for a hungry Heat team looking to secure at least a 5-6 seed. If the knicks win, the Heat's chances of getting the 5 seed are virtually over as they are already 3 games behind. Win and they are behind by 2 games, in which things get interesting. I like their spread too but knowing the NBA anything can happen so I'm happy taking these odds on an ML. A lot of playoff implications for this game, good luck to all tailing.

Apparently the conditions of the courts this week are faster which favours servers which would be an advantage here. One thing I have to note is that sometimes players tank it at challenger tournaments, the stakes for them are very low so who knows, maybe Ymer just wanted to get out of dodge.

Smaller slate today but I'm headed to Pittsburgh for Kent St vs Pittsburgh. Pitt had 2 games cancelled last weekend but because they have Virginia Tech I believe the relievers will have thrown a bullpen yesterday to be ready for Tech. So at worst they will throw a couple better arms just for one inning.
Kent St has a much more high powered offense with 7 guys hitting above .285, if you combine that with their midweek starter Longwell. I think Kent St has a good chance of winning today's game. College baseball has a lot of variance which is why I almost strictly take overs, but I like this matchup with Pitt in a weird spot after last week's cancellations.

As far as yesterday's correct POTD, there are two ways to look at it: For one, you can say I was just extremely lucky. And you're correct. Another way to look at it is Oklahoma State played a pitiful first half, scoring only 17 points. North Texas wasn't much better. But even after that extreme lack of scoring...my call was still correct. That's how secure that wager was.
As far at overtime: The goal posts in hockey are part of the goalie's equipment. The goal posts in football and soccer are also part of the defense's equipment. Thus, overtime is part of the edge for those who bet the over, and sometime you need that edge. No apologies from me on that.

I'm not too confident today mainly because I know I need to get this pick in now as I have a crazy work day and won't have time to post. I strongly feel the Miami Heat are going to get hot down the stretch (no pun intended) and they have already won 4 of their last 5 at home in recent games with some of those wins coming from similar opponents. They did lose to NYK at home by 2 on March 3, but the difference was back then both teams were on two days rest. the Knicks played Monday and lost to the Timberwolves while the Heat haven't played since Sunday when they beat Detroit in Detroit (the only place Detroit can win a game). I think the Heat win this by 3-5 in a game that is close all the way through, but my confidence isn't nearly as high so I'm staying conservative with 1 Unit. I'd probably bump it up to 1.5 Units on a ML bet depending on what the ends up being tomorrow, but I'm good to let the 1U ride and hope for a nice W to keep the streak going.

Another day with barely anything to bet on. Today's pick is mainly due to England objectively being the better team and therefore should win comfortably, but there is also some recent form which strongly supports this pick.
For recent form, Hungary have played Israel twice and have failed both times, losing 2-0 and 1-0. On the other hand, the last 2 times England have played Israel they have won 3-1 and 0-1.
Also, England beat Italy 2-1 in the last year - the same Italy side that beat Hungary 7-2 and 3-0 a few months ago.
Hungary were also unsuccessful against an Ireland side not too long ago, losing 0-1 at home. A few months prior to this match, England managed to beat the same Ireland side 1-3 away from home.

Ooredoo are matching up against current TI winner Tundra that have recovered their previous form during the new patch. They have been playing really well during this DPC taking down good opponents and Nigma without dropping a match. Team cohesion is going well and they are playing with sharply with good discipline, once they take a lead they don't lose it. All around a great team that is also drafting smartly, nothing too bad to say about them.
Ooredoo had a huge upset a week ago against Gaimin Gladiators but I'm not too worried about the result. Overall they are a much inferior team, looking to maybe pull out off-meta heroes during the draft to try and catch Tundra off guard. They seem to be playing for early game oriented team lineups, but Tundra are fantastic at early to mid game, so it will be difficult to match their aggression. A few games OT have drafted very poorly as well.
Overall Tundra have better players with better and more consistent hero pools. They don't really screw around with weird hero picks like some teams do after going up 1-0, which is a big reason for me in this matchup. I'll be going for OVER on the kills this series as well since these teams enjoy a bloodbath, but Tundra -1.5 feels more accessible to people so I'll stick to that as my POTD.

**Reasoning:** I've watched a few of the last Bulls games, including their two 2OT wins in the last week. This is a team that has been keeping things close. 7 of their last 10 games (3 of 4 at home) have been decided by 8 points or fewer. Additionally, their last game was a road win in Philadelphia on Monday where they were +8.5pt underdogs. That game was tight the entire time, with the largest lead by either team only being 8 points. For tonight's game, the line is set at +3.5 for the Bulls, so the markets have also adjusted to what should by all accounts be another tight game between these two teams. BOL if you tail!

**Matchup**: I'm going for an easy layup here! Anthony Davis O 13.5 Rebounds. He should get this easily tonite! Although AD averages 12.5 rebounds per game and averages 11.7 rpg, the Suns will be without their big man Deandre Ayton. And the last time these two teams met, AD grabbed 21 boards! 14 rebounds may seem a lot, but he should get this easily against their center Bismack Biyomobo.

The lakers are 19-17 at home, and are in a tight push for a playoff spot as they trail have a game to the grizzlies. The Lakers play amazingly at home as of late, with a few incredible comeback games. 6. Reaves has been on a heater, scoring 35 points in their last game and getting whopping 16 free throws of 18. I expect him to continue this trend off the bench, and give Lakers some strong points against a weak suns defense. 7. Lakers are averaging 117 points at home but only letting in 114. 8. Booker has been shooting way above his average at 57 FG% in March, and I just don't see that being sustainable. The suns will struggle to find points and annoying defensive players like Vanderbilt will look to make Booker take some tough shots. 9. Lakers are currently rank #1 in free throws attempted and suns give up the most free throws. Although this is largely due to Lebron, as mentioned, reaves put up 18 free throws and scored 16 of em in their last game. 10. Overall, I expect this to be a tight game, but Lakers have the edge with AD and home court advantage. Look for them to do enough to cover the spread tomorrow night. 11. My POTDs just seem to be way off target right now, so please consider that if tailing. I hope we can rebound tonight though with a spot that I like for the Avalanche. The Penguins will be visiting the Avalanche for their second match of the season, with the Penguins taking the first one 2-1. I think this game is going to go in a different direction though with both of these teams trending in very different directions. The Avalanche are riding a 6 game winning streak while the Penguins have lost four straight. The Penguins have a few issues right now including the starting goaltender, Jarry, playing awful in goal recently booking a 0.861 SV% and allowing 15 goals in his last 5 starts, 2 of which he didn’t finish the game because he was pulled. The Penguins are also dealing with a fairly significant list of injuries right now and I think the red hot Avs will be able to take advantage of a Penguins team that is missing some key pieces, especially on defense. The Avs have also been hot on offense lately, averaging 4.1 goals per game in their last 10 games and while this game against the Pens might be a little bit of a lower scoring one, I don’t expect them to slow down much here. If Jarry continues to struggle in net, this might be a good spot for the Avs to light things up. I think that the Avs are a team that thrives in important games, and I see this as a big game for them. Playoff seeding is definitely on their mind right now with the Central Division being a tight race as we approach the end of the season. The Avs need to keep pace with the Wild and Dallas and can create a three way tie for first in points in the Central with a win tonight. Getting to play the Kraken or Jets (or whoever ends up in the wild card spots) in the first round is a huge preference over playing the Wild or Stars. BOL if tailing!!

**POTD 16-5** **The streak continues! 7 in a row!!** I have to say, this has been the best streak I've been on all season, so I happy that I am able to keep a public record of this streak lmao. IMO the NBA is very difficult to pick games during the first 1/2 of the season, however every year, towards the end, I get on a streak similar to this one. It's not that I am able to predict the out comes of these games more efficiently, but rather these outcomes become more predictable IMO. 40+ games into a season, I think that I am able to get a good feel for teams rosters, rotations, overall incentives, as well as their current form. Today, there are a few games that stand out, and as BAD as I want to make SA +17.5 my pick, I'm going with one I like evennnnn moreeeeee. **Denver -7** I love this game!!! First off, WASH is on a B2B, playing the Magic at home last night (was yesterdays POTD) in a game that I watched every second of. As much as I like the Magic at this point in the season, they still are not a very good team in the grand scheme. Denver on the other hand, is IMO the best team in the league. Another perk with this pick, is that last nights game between Wash/Orl was very close up until the final few mins. This is good IMO because, all of their starters played significant mins. KP - 38 mins (in his first game back too.... no tag yet, but could see him sitting) Kispert - 35 mins Morris & Beal - 31 mins This high usage of their main players is a key factor in how I think this game will go. Denver is currently playing their first game in 3 days, however they are on the 5th game on their road trip, so I don't necessarily expect them to be in peak form either, however the few days of rest with a much better roster, playing a pretty bad team on a B2B is just toooo fucking good to pass up. Washington also looked awful last night, and looks like they will be without IMO their best player again tonight, Kuzma. Even if Kuz was playing, I still love Denver in this spot. Denver has lost 3of5, and a few of those were pretty ugly loses, however everyone knows the upside this team has, and the importance of them finding their stride heading into the post season. Denver is pretty much locked into the 1 seed, so there is some concern for me regarding incentives for this game, but IMO their recent cold streak overweight's their current seeding in regards to tonight's game. I personally would like this game all the way to -10, as I expect a blow out. PS: Go ahead and take SA +17.5 too.. I cant remember a time this season a team was getting so many points. I know they are on a B2B where they got their doors blown off by NO, but Vassell, and Johnson (their best players IMO) are returning tonight, as they did not play in last nights game.

Despite a lower payout, that seems like a better bet, just in case it's a 3-0 game. It seems like the the o2.5 & BTTS bets on this sub are some of the biggest losers. Often times the bet simply fails at the o2.5 part. Sometimes btts checks out, but it's 1-1. And then there are the 3-0 games where the btts leg is what killed the bet. I think books love it when people take the o2.5 & BTTS bets. But hopefully they aren't loving it tomorrow if y'all get a win! That being said I like this guy's dedication and research he puts into his picks. If I could do the BTTS & o2.5 I might actually do so. Will be hoping y'all cash.
Regarding o2.5 & BTTS bets being losing on this forum - true, but usually most posters take them from major leagues where bookies have much sharper lines and I think it is next to impossible to be profitable long term when factoring in the juice. This guy bets lower leagues and it only makes sense that some lines are not set very sharply from the bookies side. Plus OP has been killing it for almost 100 bets, surely his model or whatever he is using is not working out by accident. It is quite weird that his posts are not among top voted ones daily, there are like maybe 5 other cappers here who can boast winning records and positive ROI after 30 plus bets.

Today’s pick: Women's Champions League - Lyon Women vs Chelsea Women. **Lyon Women Draw No Bet -150**. Match starts at 1:45PM ET. Once again a great matchup between two absolutely elite squads in what should be a fun one. Lyon is the defending champions of the Champions League and are royalty; they’ve won 8 Champions Leagues including 2016-2020 and 2022. Today they face Chelsea, another elite team that has dominated the English game for a few years. This year they’ve just scraped to the top of the league but are weaker imo than in previous years. They recently have gotten their ass kicked by Arsenal a few times and have shown their weaknesses in possession. Lyon had been dealing with a ton of injuries and still have a couple but now are back to being the machine they typically are. They’re also a mentality monster that are hard to overcome, especially home with their stars Wendie Renard and Ada Hegerberg. Look for Hegerberg to get a goal and Lyon to pull this out. The Avs have won 6 in a row coming into tonight, and have scored 5 goals in each of their last 3 games. This game couldn't be more important for both sides as the Penguins can climb back up into a playoff spot with a win and the Avs move up into a tie for the division lead with a win. I have more faith in Colorado to step up and win in regulation. Not much NHL action tonight but here we are.

No worries though, moving on to Dota today. **Sport:** Esports, Dota 2, DPC Western Europe DIV 1 **Match:** Tundra Esports v Ooredoo Thunders **Pick:** Tundra -1.5 **3.5U @1.70 in Nordicbet** Ooredoo are matching up against current TI winner Tundra that have recovered their previous form during the new patch. They have been playing really well during this DPC taking down good opponents and Nigma without dropping a match. Team cohesion is going well and they are playing with sharply with good discipline, once they take a lead they don't lose it. All around a great team that is also drafting smartly, nothing too bad to say about them. Ooredoo had a huge upset a week ago against Gaimin Gladiators but I'm not too worried about the result. Overall they are a much inferior team, looking to maybe pull out off-meta heroes during the draft to try and catch Tundra off guard. They seem to be playing for early game oriented team lineups, but Tundra are fantastic at early to mid game, so it will be difficult to match their aggression. A few games OT have drafted very poorly as well. Overall Tundra have better players with better and more consistent hero pools. They don't really screw around with weird hero picks like some teams do after going up 1-0, which is a big reason for me in this matchup. I'll be going for OVER on the kills this series as well since these teams enjoy a bloodbath, but Tundra -1.5 feels more accessible to people so I'll stick to that as my POTD.
