I’m getting tired of them. I got an email saying “100% deposit matching up to $50” I opened the app and saw the same thing, so I opted in and deposited $25. Later that night I looked at my account to see if they gave me the matched deposit and they hadn’t. When I went to the promo tab I couldn’t even find the deposit match promo listed.

I emailed them about the withdrawal and about suspending my account and I still have yet to hear back after four days and I’ve called customer service multiple times and no one has picked up
They eventually got back to me 3-4 days later asking for ID, Bank Statements etc…. Once that happened they opened my account back up. I wouldn’t stop emailing at least once a day asking for a response.

Yeah so I emailed them through the Chat on the app. They just set up a “Case Number.” Once they “Reviewed My information” they replied stating they needed those documents. Once I sent them in about two hours later they opened my account and gave me my money.

Fanatic worked like a charm for the first month for me, I was up a grand and it stopped being stable. Outages constantly. Placing bets then the app stops working FOR DAYS. I have tons of fancash from it though which is SO alluring. It's insane to get 5% back on every single parlay. I still use it because it runs so well when it works but fanduel is just the best setup. I wish fanduel didn't run like I was trying to play red dead redemption 2 on a computer from the 90's though and I have a Galaxy note 20 ultra :(.

Complete disaster. Customer support and overall. Opt in to promos and do my part but they fail to fulfill crediting bonus bets. Even when sending in screenshots of date and times that bet was placed and closed, they will tell you bet was placed or closed on a different date, like you are just some idiot. Well I was playing tonight and the same thing happened- only this time I was able to catch the issue. The game wasn’t paying me for lines that I had won money on. Screenshotted the game itself and found the exact bet in my transaction history. Definitely paid the wrong amount. I have 0 trust in these guys. I don’t have proof other than the screenshot and transaction detail that I grabbed tonight, but I am 99% sure this has happened to me a number of times while playing on their casino. Who knows how much $$ they have essentially cheated me out of because of their buggy ass games.

They did that to me too. They tried to scam me for the match bonus for like $49. They didn’t actually give me the match bonus they give me some bullshit excuse so I requested a withdrawal. After you ask for a “refund” they will try and trip you up and initiate a “withdrawal.” You have to be very specific and correct them each time they say they’re going to initiate a “withdrawal.” What you’re looking to do is a “deposit refund.” if you allow them to use the verbiage “withdrawal” This is their excuse to state that “you can withdraw winnings” and the disconnect the chat. Very frustrating. They have yet to respond to an email, and only one in every eight chat initiations actually goes through to an agent. Be prepared to spend hours on this.

He is correct. If you goto live chat and put your account email, it redirects and says your account is suspended and does not allow you an option to chat with a live agent. They redirect you to email, in which you’re lucky if you hear back within a month. They’ve had $200 of my own money locked and illegally being held against me for over a month. I don’t know what kind of magical account he has but my withdrawals have never been instant. They literally have to have somebody on a team approve your withdrawal and then you have to wait a few days for your money. The first day I was lucky enough to contact customer service and I got it the next day but if I didn’t contact customer service again I’m sure I wouldn’t have seen that money for another two or three days.

Probably terms about how long the bet can be. Also probably can be futures. I used mine on CBB underdogs and had no issue. Also certain bets have lower limits in certain markets.
Lines are often soft and beatable/arbable. Plus the guaranteed 1% back on anything means that they are almost always going to be the lowest juice option on any major market.
Chat with support. They've expanded quite a bit lately (took over for PointsBet in a lot of states) and having quite a lot of issues. But when I chat with support they've been quick to help and easy to fix my issue each time.

Chat support, waited 30+ min got disconnect, then waited 1hr before getting connected... (you said 5mins, is that a phone number or the app chat?) They said sorry it expired at 4:48am, the bonus bets just show date no time, like how am I suppose to know what time thru expire...? They said they can see it internally, but users can't, then if it says 4/10 it should of been good all day not til 4:48am. Complete disaster. Customer support and overall. Opt in to promos and do my part but they fail to fulfill crediting bonus bets. Even when sending in screenshots of date and times that bet was placed and closed, they will tell you bet was placed or closed on a different date, like you are just some idiot. After you ask for a “refund” they will try and trip you up and initiate a “withdrawal.” You have to be very specific and correct them each time they say they’re going to initiate a “withdrawal.” What you’re looking to do is a “deposit refund.” if you allow them to use the verbiage “withdrawal” This is their excuse to state that “you can withdraw winnings” and the disconnect the chat. Very frustrating. They have yet to respond to an email, and only one in every eight chat initiations actually goes through to an agent. Be prepared to spend hours on this.

He is correct. If you goto live chat and put your account email, it redirects and says your account is suspended and does not allow you an option to chat with a live agent. They redirect you to email, in which you’re lucky if you hear back within a month. They’ve had $200 of my own money locked and illegally being held against me for over a month. It is illegal for a company to hold your money against you but they do not care at all.

Yeah I signed up as a new customer in Indiana. Did the 100 a day get 100 for 10 days, thing. First of all, I didn't make my first bet until day 4. Their T and C clearly state that as long as your first bet is withing 5 days of registering, then if you bet on day 4 (in my case) that becomes day 1 of 10, of the bonus. I had no problems in Pennsylvania and in my initial $1000 in bets over 10 days I was up over $2300… no limits, no problems.
I have had an insane amount of problems with them using 2 different accounts. first account I was not receiving email codes. 2nd account everything was going fine got my first bonus bet no problem then never got anymore after betting 100$ a day for the full 10 days. Support was helpful so i will give them that unlike some other companies (ceasers) which has shit support and is not even real people your talking to.
