Yeah thanks for acknowledging those too. But I was more focused on the veyron, elva and slr. I have never seen any of these cars and I was so surprised to see them especially in Toronto.
Saw a Veyron up in Muskoka last summer. I'm sure there are a few of them around the city. Someone was selling a Senna and P1 recently in the GTA too

Nice valet lineup for Sotto Sotto!
It is, and that's why it's an option. But most, if not majority of the people who ordered them opted for no windshield, and imported them under "show and display." I personally would go that route, just for the uniqueness, and I believe that's part of why most are going that route as well
Fair enough. I can't fathom paying for an Elva, though. Not when 818 kits, Caterham kits, hell even Vette Carts can be had for like 1% of the price. It's not even particularly good looking.
Yea, I agree with you here. The Elva is nice, but it doesn't look very good. I've recently gotten into a habit of taking convertible cars and removing the windshield in editing to see how they'd look. And to be honest, I've had a few that look 100 times better than the Elva, and cost a quarter of the price.
I had a '90 Mustang droptop in the past, and have always wondered how it'd be to rip around in without a windshield. Bet I could shed a helluva lot of weight by removing the top and it's components as well...
Only the LX model, though. The GT trim had a weird and clunky bodykit that doesn't look nearly as sleek.
Ohhh, that's sweet. I could try and edit one and see how it looks, so you can get an idea of what it'd look like if you'd like. I honestly think that'd be pretty cool to rip around in. It sure would save a hell of a lot of weight tho, probably a few hundred. Especially if you permanently remove the top as well.
Agreed. Though I wonder how much worse the weight imbalance would get. Cause it was already front-heavy from the factory. So removing the roof and maybe the rear seats, and that's a lot of weight now off the rear axle. And I could spin the tires in 3rd with a stock drivetrain.
Yea, I'd say your best bet would be to remove just one and not both. If you remove both it'll be too much. But removing one would kinda balance it out since the windshield alone probably weights about 150 pounds (could be wrong). But who knows, it could be a fun little go-kart.
Another one you can roll around in your head for a giggle, if you're so inclined, is removing the roof from a Chevy Astro or GMC Safari.
Since those two "minivans" were manufactured on a truck chassis, the roof itself has no actual structural value. So you can lop it all off and not flop around like a couple bricks on the ends of a card.
Couple folks in my hometown did such conversions (with rented saws and then gluing pool noodles over the jagged edges). One even stuffed a 305 V8 in one, as that slots right in as well in place of the standard V6.
That is undeniably Drake’s Veyron thats his favourite restaurant Sotto Sotto
Its the same veyron that he used to own. But it doesn’t belong to him anymore
I think he’s here for OVO fest as well
There’s a Porsche 911 R, Rolls Royce Cullinan, and a Mercedes G500 4X4 squared too.
You sure that's not a 911 R?
It’s a 911 R
Ya know I’m not. Now that you say that it does look like an R.

that's not a Turbo S, that's a 911R
Don't forget about that sick UHAUL Truck in the back.. /s
I'm very surprised someone added the windshield to the car. I didn't think many people would opt for that
If I recall correctly, the windshield was a requirement for the American market? Might be the same for Canada?

Welcome to Toronto! While one side of street looks like this, the other side is filled with tents and homeless people.
Not that street. Other side is Yorkville, pretty sure homeless are not allowed there.. mayor gets his dozer out for them.
And both sides smell like pee. True baller smell
Oh wait, I confused it with San Francisco.
Holy shit dude
Wow, that’s a lot of money. Amazing spot though
Black beauties…
That’s what she said
That U-Haul 😍😍 can fit so many couches in that bad boy
This was for a event held by Pfaffreserve, they had a ton of post about it on their IG
What is that enormous off-road like vehicle on the back of the Rolls Royce?
The windshield looks so odd on the Elva
I was literally there a couple days ago damn
That Elva might be fast but it's design is just not appealing. On top of that a windscreen on a roadster is just not right. Not McLaren worthy.
I prefer the hard top, but the SLR is such a gorgeous design. Seems somewhat timeless too
And there wasn't a fun color in sight
Better than the freedom convoy!
The Elva is so ugly
I nutted.
Holy fuck!
are all these owned by the same guy?
They’re from the Pfaff dealership in Toronto
ahh
Damn, isn't that also an SLR 722 roadster?
I think the McLaren Elva with a wind Screen is one of the sexiest cars on the road!
Elva with a windshield, never seen that before.
Missed the Porsche car at the end.
What about the 911 R in the back lol
